Worse Dairy Queen I've ever been too ,poor customer service the drive thru is a joke .You place your order and repeat it back to them to make sure they have it right ? Then you get to window and repeat your order ,it's Not right ? Instead of fixing it they say you have to go back around get back in line ? Who owns this place ? Who's the managers ? Some one needs to step Up and run this business right ? Because they are All Ignert and need re trained .This place is running Dairy Queens name and reputation in the dirt !! Get someone who knows how to run a Business? Close it Down ? Bad Business ? no matter what ? Communication ; Skills Suck I have been in restaurant Management myself .I have never seen a place ran so Horrible? Why is the drive thru window covered with a type of tint they could drop spit on your food ? That window shouldn't be like that ? Health Department needs a call on this business ? Why isn't inside open ? Pandemic is over other restaurnts let you in ? Do Not Go to Wilbeth Rd Dairy Queen? This place sucks find another one .Until they get it together? Or SHUT IT DOWN
I don't know what the employees are doing back there, but it certainly isn't their job. In 20 minutes, the drive-thru moved one car. I'm not sure how long was until the guy after him had his order taken, but I know it was more than 12 minutes after he pulled up to the speaker. That's when i got out of line and drove away. Ridiculous wait times, it wasn't even busy.
Chili dog sauce was burnt, gravy for chicken tenders was cold, ice cream order was messed up and we would have had to go back through the drive through in a plow truck to ask for our food to be replaced because you can't even get inside. They won't even open the doors. So we bit it and decided to never come to this location again.
Couldn’t be happier with the cake that I ordered from here. The staff is so friendly and provided excellent service . Definitely my favorite DQ that I have been to, I’ll have to go back soon. Keep up the great work:)
Got a cake out of the freezer and they put on Happy birthday To (Name). In 10 minutes 5 Stars Baby!
The worst one I've ever been to their staff is rude will not go here ever again and not to mention the inside looks nasty very dirty they need to clean.
This place always has workers who smile with great customer service.. it’s hard to find that anywhere nowadays!! I went with my nephew. Our my uncle passed which is his great uncle. So I decided to take him for Dairy to have a lil uncle moment with him. Great customer service. It topped the day off with great vibes.
The one few fast food places in the area I actually don't have to worry about If they forgot anything or not... Which is actually impressive unfortunately!!
I go here often and know to always expect the drive thru to be slow.Today I was waaay overcharged for a large blizzard and a kid’s cone- I can’t make that equal what I was charged, no matter how hard I try. I got home and noticed on my bank notifications that I was charged way more than I should have been, and of course, wasn’t given or offered a receipt at the time… the food was sort of shoved in my hand and I was sent on my way before I noticed. Tried calling the store and can’t even get through. Can’t even leave a message because the voicemail was full.
I ordered the Vanilla Malt Shake, my fiancé ordered the NY Strawberry Cheesecske blizzard. Definitely these employees do not know what they are doing. My Malt Shake was awful, it was like drinking watered down sweetened milk with whipped cream on top, it was all melted. Terrible. My fiances blizzard there was no chunks of Strawberry or cheesecake. It was all blended in together. The ice cream was gritty. I Called the manager and he couldn't do anything unless I bring in the product. I live 25 minutes away!!!. Worst Dairy Queen, they can't get a simple order correct. Pure laziness!!!!
