The food was somehow cold when we got it from the drive thru. Will drive a little farther to hopefully get better quality of food.
Pre-Pandemic and even during the Pandemic, this location was always great. Changing my 5 star rating, as the last 3 times I've went to this location, I've been terribly disappointed. First time, burger tasted foul. Second time, fries were undercooked and the order was not right. This time, the order was screwed up yet again. 3 times I repeated how I wanted my burger. Emphasizing NO ONIONS. Get home. Extra onions. I may get my nightly nourishment if I'm able to force myself to eat this. What the hell happened to this location... Won't be spinning the dinner lottery wheel and giving them another try...
I love this spot because they have what I want I don't have to search another store to get what I'm looking for. Love the chicken fingers. The only draw back is the drive thru.
I picked up a cake for my sons birthday today and asked the cashier if anyone was available that could write on it, she said she could. The writing was a mess and she spelled birthday wrong.

Always a good time for Dairy Queen! Flamethrower Burger and Cookie Dough blizzard mmmm I'm going to get over there tonight now for talking about it ?
Literally got excited to get a flamethrower burger and this is what I got? They told me that their bottles have a measured amount, but this looks like the very last tiny squeeze in the bottle they used. We called about it and the manager told us the NEXT TIME we came in we could get an extra side of flame thrower sauce, how does that help my sandwich which is supposed to actually have it? And then he told me they weren’t allowed to remake the food, but literally any other Dairy Queen will when stuff like this happens. Hartville and North hill remakes messed up orders. The manager overall was just super rude.
The service there was incredible. The manager was the nicest person. He helped us out because our order got screwed up. I want to shout out to Mike a big thank you. Keep up the good work!!
They are always fast and friendly at this dairy queen, been going to this location for over 10 years now. And my order is always correct.
Noone on staff was wearing masks, but they are all friendly and helpful with smiles.
