Chicken sandwich was super tough. Fries were oily and gross. Home fries were burnt and inedible, plus they cost an extra 3 dollars for them. French toast was fine but nothing special. They don't have real syrup or butter. Napkin wrapped around silverware was already dirty upon arrival. Breakfast prices are high, considering it doesn't come with sides.
I've lived in this area a little while now and finally stopped and ate here. Very good and very nice staff! Family / home style dining / restaurant. Wish I wouldn't have waited so long. I'll definitely go more now after work on the days they're open a little later.
Really great food and served HOT. I got a bacon cheeseburger with grilled onions, Mayo, bbq and pickles. Husband had a Belgian waffle with strawberries. Bothe meals were great and portions are large.
I was in a rough mood that morning but I will tell you the service was so amazing it made my morning so much better. As for the food it's standard breakfast food it was good and the price was good but if I would go back again it would 100% before the staff.
Horrible service. I called to place a to go order for one omelet and the person that answered rudely said "you gotta hold on" then came back to take the order. I went there later to pick it up and stood there 15 min before anyone acknowledged I was there then the girl came up and I told her I had the to go order and she said well no one helped me with this yet, I'm not a waitress (and seemed very frustrated). The order wasn't even placed yet, I just walked out and left hungry.
Fish was good but a little too thin for my tastes. Excellent add ins with clams and shrimp for just a little bit more money.
Arrived just after 1pm on Thursday with 5 buddies. The waitress quickly took our drink orders abd returned with coffee before the last guy took a seat. There had to be at least 6 specials on the board. Four of us had liver & onions. One had perch and one guy had breakfast. After delivering the food the waitress quickly returned to refill our drinks and did so several times before we finished. No one left anything on their plate. The food was delicious. AND the bill was far less than the same meal at a nearby well known restaurant. A+ in every category.
Overpriced & bland. Waitresses were nice & kept checking up to make sure I had everything I needed but it just wasn’t worth it. Charged for syrup separately when it came with my waffles. Even charged for powdered sugar. Petty.
This is our favorite place to get all you can eat fish.
Friendly staff, good food. Locally owned and operated. Come out and support local businesses. Great breakfast and burgers.
