I've come here multiple times in the past, I discovered it in the 2021 Drip Drive. My boyfriend and I were completing this year's Drip Drive and know that Compass Coffee is also on the Akronite App. For those unfamiliar, it's an app that tracks your spending at Akron businesses and you earn points you can spend at participating Akron locations. I've redeemed my Akronite points at Compass Coffee in the past, that's how I know for a fact they do accept the Akronite points. However this time, I was told I could not use my Akronite points, which I had saved up $32! I was very disappointed to hear this and probably will not be back due to this. My boyfriend and I already got our stamp for the Drip Drive so we don't need to be back. It was a nice place to grab coffee, with a nice atmosphere. *update we were waiting 20 minutes after getting our breakfast sandwiches for our drinks. After my boyfriend walked up there to ask where our drinks were he said he forgot all about them. After getting his drink, he noticed it was a small instead of the 16 Oz we had paid for. We didn't care to wait any longer to bring this to his attention. We definitely won't return. ** after trying my CHAI LATTE I almost swallowed a whole Coffee bean. Why is there Coffee beans in my tea??

I was visiting Akron for the day and I felt in the mood to try this place cause I like trying coffee shops and I get around by bus and this place told me there not serving me cause I they said I am homeless excuse me I am not a homeless person. I have a job and money how dare I get judge just cause I have a scruffy beard does not mean I am homeless don’t judge someone base on there looks this place should learn not to judge people. As you can see I am an average person like anyone else.

Nice place but the hours don't always match. Showed up and they were close and hour and a half early on Saturday. Not sure if staffing problems or what.

Great place! Super cute, staff is very friendly. One of my favorite spots to meet up for group projects. They do great work for the community, and Elizabeth's bookshop has been a fantastic addition.

It's OK. Lots of space, but there's no comfy easy chairs like what's shown in some photos and sitting at the counter by the windows is darn right uncomfortable. The stools are very small (like made for kids) and you can't lean back in them very well. Even the chairs at the tables look small and uncomfortable. You can barely see out the windows so it's abit garage-like in there. The Americano was average at best. Tasted like the bulk Maxwell House my mom lives on so that was disappointing. Maybe the regular drip brew is better, but I can't see how. The barista was very nice, though. Vibe means alot to my coffee experience, so maybe if they bring back the cushy, comfort seating and exchange their tiny chairs for real adults seats I'll enjoy it better.

Wonderful hidden Gem in Akron. Make sure you check out Elizabeth's while you are in there and purchase a book. ❤️

Very happy with the moving services my family and I received the driver and his team was awesome. My stuff arrived sooner than I thought. Would choose this company again thank you guys for everything.

Curbside is not curbside? Ordered curbside pickup and waited in the parking lot. When it was 10 minutes after the estimated time, we went in. Food was there (cold) and didn't appear to have any intention on being brought out. Food was good, but missing the sauce that was supposed to be on the sandwich as well. Disappointed.

Great coffee. The menu does not have a lot.Has ample space for studying, playing board games, reading and hangout with friends. Before the pandemic, there was live music.

Spacious coffee shop. Excellent coffee and food with lots of tables to study at!
