Been having the taste for it.. decided to drive to Akron (no barriers to stop me from getting what I want) to get it! Church's chicken, fried okra, and spicy rice!! My friend rode down with me and they forgot her jalapeno bombers.. so she was a little upset about that, because I guess they were supposed to be included in her meal. All the locations of northeast Ohio closed on Christmas day 2014..man I wish someone would open up a franchise here again.. if I had the means I would.. well worth the 30 minute drive ??P.S. I take my hat off to the manager, and the two employees that she did have there.. they did a phenomenal job considering the crowd that they had there. I called this morning to make sure they would be open before making the ride, and the manager told me that the cook had just showed up.
Store need to be shut down by the health department . very unsanitary and very rude management. they eat as they are fixing your food that you stood there for an hour and a half for when you finally got to open the box brunt chicken side not in a warmer no one wears gloves or hand washing never .so much trash and food on the floor you finally ask for a refund . I feel sorry for the people that order door dash they don't seal the cups or bags . someone from corporate should made a visit without them knowing and watch the manager with the purple hair yell at the customers and eating and not selling the chicken so they can take it home . Health department needs to go there ASAP.
My chicken was slimy, okra was old and cold and the biscuit wasnt even fully cooked. The staff didn't know what they was doing. And when I asked for hot sauce I was told I could have some which she than put 3 packs instead of asking me how many I'd need. This place just needs closed down. You can visibly see the left over food under the machinery as well as flour everywhere.

The meal I had was great. I had a spicy chicken sandwich, with jalapeno cheese poppers and my favorite. Butter milk biscuits?☺️
I love churches its like fast food but still a wholesome meal but therd is really nothing fast about them I usually end up waiting 20 minutes and they never have spicy chicken at this location. On the up side though I just figured out you can order take out on there website so I will try this next time. Ive tried calling ahead but they never answer the phone.

Service is very slow. Chicken is relatively flavorless, and very low grade. The breast in my combo didn't have 2 ounces of meat on it. It was like they took the meat off the bone, then battered it and fried it. I'll get my fried chicken somewhere else.
If you have a $50 bill and you want to pay for your chicken don't go here there's too many robbers in the area and they won't take a $50 bill so you won't be able to buy your food if that's all you have and you'll waste your time and your gas and you'll still be hungry
Made an online order when I went to pick up they were closed due to not enough staff. I called for a refund and 1 week later I still don’t have my refund! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS PLACE! Just get chicken at another place
