I love this location, sure the building is getting old but the crew here more than makes up for that. A home is family, not a structure, and these guys treat you like family. I love every visit, and the food is always on point. I moved away and still drive across town just to come here. Thank you guys, I hope they get you a new building and raises, you all deserve it!!!!
I went online & ordered our dinner & was looking forward to the okra especially, I paid for our meal with our debit card & it said food would be ready in 20 minutes. My husband went to pickup & they were closed due to remodeling but online said open! I called the phone number & it went to voicemail immediately & unable to leave a message. I’ve called the Corp. office 4 times still nothing. My bank finally reversed the charges. So sad to say I will NEVER purchase anything from Church’s again. They are very unprofessional, I was told a district mgr would be calling me back & that has never happened! Good bye Church’s!
The food is good but the exterior isn’t. I love churches chicken too but seeing it falling apart makes me wonder how it look on the inside where they are fixing the food. We had to sit at the window for 30- 45 minutes just to get a sandwich and okra. The worker needed more help. Bless her heart.
Drove from Mansfield last night since we dont have one. I get there and there were so many people in front of me which was fine..but guess what they ran out of chicken, totally no chicken in the house. I was upset becasue I really wanted churchs. I was very upset
Chicken was only ok, shrimp was undercooked and soggy, and didn't give us the correct sides. Since there are only 2 in the area now the drive to get it isn't exactly short. Do not recommend especially with the order was $40
Waited 20 minutes for order and not close to home but when I got home they never gave us the 12 piece bombers. Can't call them at all either at that number.
The place was trashed! We placed a door dash order and when my husband went to pick it up, it wasn't ready. He waited almost an HOUR for food that had already been ordered and should have been ready. An hour. If I would have known how dirty the place was, we wouldn't have ordered there to begin with.
ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal with a large side of okra. Ordered bombers with my meal, didn't recieve, I recieved a ball of okra, about size of a softball, not cooked on the inside. My chicken sandwich wasn't spicy and did not recieve my iced tea.
Yuck!!! Cold and greasy!At the menu board there was trash everywhere!That should have been a sign.Tried to call and phone went right to VM which was full. I would like a refund but of course I wasnt given a receipt.
