Had a terrible experience. I purchased the $36 package for my daughter, at the end of the night, she said her points expire at midnight, when I was about to pause her card so we can use the points another day. She was all around rude, plus the pizza was insanely small for a large. I feel she talked me into alot of extra stuff, too and be slick about it. Thinking she can butter me up. I had 2 witnesses, and she was still nasty all around. I want refunded somehow.
Alot has changed since I was growing up in the 90s. Definitely the prizes. These days you need hundreds to thousands of tickets, for the scrawniest cheapest prizes. In the 90s-early 2000s, you could win a headset or even a gaming system.The atmosphere feels let go, even the kids are bored when I went in.Now I didn't go in for gamings sake, I went in for a dose of nostalgia. I walked around, barely anyone there. This was a Saturday evening too, so I expected a crowded place.No, just a few kids looking bored hanging on the machines.
Place was great for the kids. They are very patient and kind to the little ones. My kids are excited to go back.
My wife and I wanted to take our kids out and we decided to go to chuck e cheese and we'll we ordered about 200 dollars worth of food and paid for points to go onto the cards as well everything was ok until we was leaving the workers held me as hostage while I was trying to get my kids to the car and my wife qas getting our other kids so we can go home. And they said if I don't have pictures of my kids with me they won't let me go. Mind you it was snowing and a snow storm was just about to start. For a really large size family this was a problem. My wife comes to the door and they finally let us go. So this place will be shut down do to the high amount of racist workers there. Not a place to go to. This place should ge 0 stars but it's making me give a star.
Workers were polite and place was clean. Kids had a blast and the food was actually better than expected.
I'm not happy with my purchase. I've never seen pizza so thin in my life. I didn't even expect it to be this this. It wasn't even enough for my 3 kids and 2 of them are small. 19 bucks each and 2 larges. Ridiculous!!!

Clean! Fun attentive staff. Hot food! Hold up let me say it again, HOT ? FOOD!Spent $200 for 4 hours of fun with a party of 9, what a bargain. Just pay the $33 for the 120 minutes. I card can be shared with 3 persons max! Lol. Cheesy bread ?? and fries are my fave! I like Sensory Sunday because I have migraines and nerve problems, less vibration equals a happy mommy! Download the app for the e-tickets. Don't stay in the house this winter!

Clean. The pizza is good for sure. The staff is friendly and will fix a machine if there is an issue. The games are in good condition, sometimes the sketch photo booth is out of paper. Pro tip for adults, they serve beer. Also getting the unlimited play on time card is the way to go, another pro tip you can pause your card.
