Walked in. There were 3 employees behind the counter. No one acknowledged me or made eye contact. More employees begin to shuffle around with dead eyes refusing to acknowledge me. Then one of them opened the door and shouted something like "door" and went back to staring at a computer screen befuddled. Oh, and they all just allowed me and watched me turn around and walk out. I'll travel to go to a different location from now on.
I was a little shocked with how dirty and disgusting the condition the restaurant was in. And when we got up to order. The countertop they move your food along was so dirty from the food dripping. They just slid the containers right through it. So by the time you eat the food, your container was covered in slop. I get they are a busy restaurant. But you can also clean in between orders. It's really easy. The tables in the dining room were awful also. The trash was overflowing. It's just bad.
Oh my Goodness Put an online order in @ 8:50 pm it’s they said the food would be ready at 9:10 it’s 9:40 and i’m still waiting?? 4 girls up front 1 cashier 3 others homegirl wit dat pink hair a goat she was pushing it out the tall broad girl with orange hair moving in slow mo the young girl with glasses cross contaminating by using broom not washing hands and dealing with food!? The big broad girl to wiping her cloths then serving food manager walking back & forth checking out the black guys in line The cashier with the silver thing knows these young women have to urgency. to get these orders out The manager with the tats fast tho cook came from the back had a full convo with a customer in line Chipotle imma need y’all to get that system fixed or get better workers it’s 9:45 i’m still waitings Bog Broad orange hair gyal coughing with NO MASK ON STILL waiting
Never opens on time and they usually don’t have all the food ready to serve. This location needs better management and better employees to stay on top of things. No hustle, freshness is meh. See for yourself :/
Of all the Chipotle locations I've been to, this one is the worst.Ingredients are missing, bags come out the kitchen mangled, and attention to detail is low. Portion sizes are inconsistent and, more often than not, you end up getting less than you would at other locations.I typically place orders using the mobile app. I don't know what the workers are being instructed to do, but there's usually only a 50/50 shot that you'll actually get what you want.Even if this Chipotle happens to be the closest one to me, I will always seek out another one in the next town over.
I just spent an hour getting the run around on your contact support for an incorrect & missing items website pickup order at the Medina Rd Akron Ohio 44333 location. Now my incorrect meal is ice cold & I'm angry, I will be calling the location manager tomorrow. Everyone of us was missing something for our meal & I was given a different salsa than I ordered & upcharged for things missing on mine. Most frustrating ridiculous Chipotle experience ever.
I’m just curious how do you order a veggie bowl without having peppers & onions for the day. You would think management would ensure this wouldn’t happen. I paid full price and basically got rice in a bowl.
Apparently they have two separate systems handling mobile orders and in-person orders. Thought I was saving some time making an mobile order, then watch other people that didn't make an order online came in and got their food while a whole bunch of us stood there waiting for our mobile orders. At one point, the guy handling in-person order was just standing there doing nothing. This makes zero sense to me.
The rice was tasteless and the protein portions were barely noticeable. The chips were stale and didn't have that delicious lime taste like when the 1st opened. Time to try the other burrito restaurants.
Look at all the previous NEGATIVE reviews before you even walk in the door.. Do NOT order online or for delivery, 9/10 they will not add or omit what your ordered. Call to have my order fixed and the "Manager" Josh thinks this is a joke.. Should have looked at the previous reviews before ordering from the specific restaurant! NEVER AGAIN.
