not all chipotle locations are created equal. definitely one of the better chipotle’s i’ve been to.
If I could give no stars I would.. Everytime I come to eat at this exact location my rice is always hard & my veggies (green peppers and onions) are always hard. On top of that, customer service here sucks. The lady that was cashiering was very rude. Food isn’t prepared as it should be and also bad customer service! This place needs to do better.
Horrible online delivery. In person experience also undesirable. Never expect the right order if ordering online. Portions are either minuscule or hulking. Sour cream and corn often FROZEN. Finally, if you are a vinaigrette fan, NEVER expect this location to add to your order. You could even label your meal “add salad dressing” and they will not be able to comprehend what that means. Dear chipotle, PLEASE spare us the headache and disappointment and add the dressing as a possible “add-on” option. If you have the option to experience better chipotle at any other location-do yourself the favor.
they barley ever give you enough rice it’s extremely frustrating. even when you ask for extra! also, food has not seemed fresh here as of late. sad because this is the closest chipotle to me
It's hit or miss whether your order will be right if you order online, and they charge for guac on a veggie burrito; the only one I know of that does that. Also, I'm a vegetarian and my husband is not. Our burritos have been mislabeled a few times, resulting in me not getting to eat the food I paid for. I really only go here because it's closest to my house. The one up the road in Montrose is much better.
Waited in line for over 10mins to order food to see this there was no sign on door. Was told it is so they get tips.
Unlike some other Chipotle locations, when I order from this one, it is invariably ready when I ask. Great job!
Normally, Chipotle at this location is good, but my chips were brown.
So excited to have a $30 gift card! When I went for dinner I was disappointed. Got home the food was NOT fresh. When Chipotle first open it was Awesome. WHAT HAPPENED!
This place is the “Steelyard, Walmart” of chipotle’s. It’s dirty, always out of product, and the staff is just the worst. Better off driving a few miles to a different location.
