Normal Bob Evans. I enjoy the Cold Brew Iced Coffee. The food was good. No complaints.It was interesting to hear that location will start serving Momosas and Bailey's Liqucore, and other low proof Alcoholic beverages.
Okay so, I could give a bad review but I'm not going to. I did a curbside pickup online order. I got there at the estimated time it said it would be ready, and called to let them know I am there which is what the sign says to do when you park. Waited on hold like 12 minutes before I just went inside as other people waiting for curbside were starting to do the same. When I got inside, it was obvious they were purposely just ignoring the phone, which I'm sure is because they were so busy. Seems there would be better ways around this, but, whatever. Nobody was rude(except one man , I will get to that part) no customers were complaining, it was just going to be a wait. Understandable, it is Mother's day. One customer did try to tell the manager about the phone situation and he purposely ignored this man and walked away, I thought that was extremely rude but again, oh well I guess lol. But, when I finally got my order after an hour of waiting and got home, everything was correct and everything was delicious!!! We had quite a few modifications and I was fully expecting errors, there were no errors!! Most places now a days mess up more orders than not, and it's just getting bad out there. Thank you Bob Evans for making our breakfast today, making it correct, and delicious, and I hope your busy busy day wasn't completely terrible!
This place is absolutely racist. My family and I came in for Easter Sunday and we were told we had to wait for ten minutes (while there were tons of empty tables. Them she later came back and seated us all the way towards the back away from all their other customers while there were seats available in the middle. I asked “can we be seated over there” she said “my manager told me to put you guys over here” We felt so uncomfortable, our first time visiting and it’ll definitely be our last time.
Probably the worst experience I've ever had at one of my favorite breakfast food restaurants. I ordered the honey butter chicken dinner as I always have since it's release. This time the chicken was chewy and tough, the macaroni and cheese was cold and the gravy for the mashed potatoes was thin and all over the place. I told the manager Jim and he said " It's just the quality of the chicken" and walked away. He said he would take it off our bill but when I got the check he decided to just give us his employee discount (20% off)!NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS ONE!
For the past few years, Bob Evans has been going downhill. It's not just this location but all of them! We arrived yesterday before 5 PM. Not many people but had to wait a lengthy time for our food. Our waitress was very good - it's the kitchen that sucks! Seems they would rather work on the "to go" orders and let the people in the restaurant wait! Restrooms were filthy. It will be a long time before I go back.
Typically Bob Evans seems to be an older person restaurant. But my kids love it and it reminds me of going with my grandma when I was a kid. Our server was very nice and the food was very good.
Terrible food, service was okay, I’m very disappointed. Are hash browns tasted like cleaner and bleach. Very upsetting because I love coming for breakfast but they must have people who don’t care working for dinner time…
We ordered curbside pickup on a Sunday night. The food came out when scheduled and was hot and fresh tasting. We ordered the chicken salad, butter chicken dinner and a roast beef dinner. Everything was as expected and delicious.They did forget to give us the chicken soup we ordered but the manager we spoke with was solution driven and helpful.We will be going back!
Ralph is a great server. Food is always good. Coffee could be better but it's drinkable.
Tried delivery for the first time last Friday and everything was great. This time, the banana bread and dinner rolls were missing from all the meals and the cocktail sauce was missing from both shrimp dinners. Called the restaurant to be told I could come and pick up the missing items and there was nothing else they would do. WHY DID I HAVE THE ORDER DELIVERED?!!
