Just left there from having breakfast. Horrible had pancakes couldn't even eat them because they all fell apart my friend had sausage and biscuits you would think she was cutting a steak the way she had to try and cut the biscuits . Told them how everything was they were more concerned about where were you sitting what difference does that make .lol No one ask how everything was I had to tell them wasnt the only one complaining this morning. Terrible and was not even busy .
Worst service ever received at a restaurant, if I could give it zero stars I would. Waited over an hour for food when it wasn’t busy and there were plenty of people working. Received dusty burnt bacon as an appetizer and side salads never came. 6 year olds mac and cheese came ten min after everybody else’s food arrived(cold to boot) and it was surprisingly hot. Too hot for her to even try to eat. Will never go back.
The manager seated me.. He was very professional.. Nice & it seemed genuine.. He made sure I was happy with my meal.. The waitress was attentive & I didn't have to wait long for anything. I ordered the roast beef dinner & it was awesome.. Will definitely be going back(:
Had a band member meeting there. Was quiet enough and they placed us separate from main dining area at large enough table. Great service. The server was very discreet when she served food and beverages so as to not interrupt the business at hand. Blue Cadillac will continue to have meetings there in future.

Prices were good. Food was good. Must of had new waitress because we sat there ready to order, without anything to drink, until I had enough and flagged down a waitress. We had to request coffee refills twice because she didn't pay attention to our table. It was a Sunday eve. and very few customers.
Waitress so nice and friendly, I can't remember her name! Service wasn't overly fast but wasn't in a rush so it was fine. Easy parking and location too.
Great old school Bob Evans atmosphere I always love the people they're always great I've almost never had a problem ever in any Bob Evans that I've ever been inside of and their food is always spot on so if you like that old rustic taste of the great out American doors this is the spot for you it brings home style to the dinner plate
I have came here since they opened, often overlooking issues with this and that - and rating them based on overall experiences. Not just one good or bad visit. Overall they have always been a 4 to a 5. Until now. My last two visits have been met with poor service and food that's inedible. The Manager has done all he can to TRY to remedy the situation each time. From dealing with the waitress with the "I dont care" attitude - to apologizing for lengthy wait times. But you come to a restaurant to eat. And when you can't eat what's served - you go elsewhere...Update: 2/21/22 - New Management has brought the level of this location back up to where it once was. My 2 Star is back up to a 4 Star. Kudos Bob Evans!
I just ordered using GrubHub. After waiting 45 minutes, the orderer was totally wrong! I had to go and pick it up! By the time I got home it was cold and still the wrong stuff! I should have opened every container instead of just looking in the bag! Never again!!
