Let me start off by saying I used to LOVE Bill Hwang's when the original owners were running it. My family has been going there for years. However since the new owners have taken over the entire restaurant has really gone down hill. I ordered lo mein noodles and bourbon chicken today- the lo mein was drowning in some of the dirtiest grease I've ever seen! The bourbon chicken pieces looked almost unrecognizable and the broccoli served with it was so old it was actually drying out. ? Thankfully I was able to take it back but wow what a waste of time and effort. The last time we ate inside the restaurant the waitress we had spent half the time cussing out the cook-- dinner and a show I guess?? The new owners should be ashamed of themselves! It seems like they raised their prices and drastically lowered the quality of their food. Unfortunately I doubt I'll be back
The Mongolian beef is 5 star. The wait staff was wonderful. I recommend any and all to eat here and enjoy!!!!!!!
So glad it is open again. Food is as good as it always was.
They are back open y'all the pandemic could not hold them close open better than ever the egg rolls are still to die for everything is made to order dine-in or carry-out
Great food under new management and the owner goes above and beyond to satisfy the customer. Definitely going back
This Restaurant Have New Owners They Are Nice And Great Customer service And A New Menu And The Food is so Good Go Check It Out
Great good and great service. Will definitely be back again soon!
Severely overpriced. Go somewhere else. You get small proportions for 30 dollars. Not worth it.
The fried rice and chicken makes up for the 20 billion dollar loss
I had forgotten about Bill Hwang's for several years. What a mistake I made! I tried the coconut chicken which I had never had before, it is absolutely mind blowing ?. It's chock full of white chicken pieces which have been deep fried and then put in a delicious creamy coconut sauce. I also got the beef lo mein, and it is literally the best I have ever had and I've had it all over from Stow to Canton, from Akron to Fairlawn. It was filled with delicious tender beef and it's made with authentic rice noodles.I will never get my Chinese food anywhere else again!!
