Excellent drinks!! They offer BOGO on Wednesdays! Absolutely amazing! I've introduced my co-workers to them and they LOVE it! They have short wait times and friendly customer service. They also have adorable free pup cups! ❤️
Would love to become a regular customer of this place. Sugar-free mocha coffee is delicious, if you are lucky enough to order it on one of the few days they actually have it. "It's a special order item" is the excuse given for the frequent and lengthy lack of availability. That shouldn't be my problem. Several of their sandwich items are also frequently sold out. So, now I call before I drive over so as not to waste a trip. I shouldn't have to work this hard to be a customer.
So it's super inexpensive and they have a lot of specials but oh my god the service is so slow. Took 12 minutes for a hot coffee, literally just from a pot that was already made.
Today was my first visit to BIGGBY Coffee. I didn't know what to order. The Batista who helped me; was very helpful and kind.She asked me what flavors I usally get. Based on my answers; she made a recommended the Tan Line Latte!
Great service.. was recommended that I get the Spotted Owl since I was unfamiliar with their drinks. This coffee delight was wonderful and the service was quick and friendly.. couldn't ask for more. I'll be back up.
New favorite coffee place! Prices are close to Starbucks but flavors surpass Sbx! I loved their March Flavor (Lucky Charms) and their May flavor of Marshmallow is really good too!
