Had the green juice and the Pookie’s smoothie. My smoothie seemed like fluff…not typical for a smoothie and I looked in the blender and there was A LOT of product left over, I was kinda disappointed in my fluff for $8. The taste was good but thought the smoothie would have a little more to it. My juice was good, I will get that again for sure. I will try one more time and if I get my smoothie like the way I did today then I will probably just try some place else. The staff was very nice.
Was in town to see a specialist and we needed some food. Found this location and decided to try it out. Now, I wish we had a place like this near home.The store itself was lovely. It was bright, open, and a welcoming space to be in. The staff was equally as nice. The menu offered a variety without getting bogged down in itself. There are also vegan-friendly and gluten-free options.The food was delicious. We got a couple wraps, and I snagged a shake. The flavors were spot on - including the honey wheat wrap itself, which added this note of honey to the mix. The shake was the perfect consistency, with rich flavor. Love the food. However, 3 acai bowls and 2 smoothies in no way should be as much as a steak dinner for 2. I don't see myself returning. No financially conscious person would. Prices are very tone deaf to the economy we live in.
Convenient drive through, and good food/smoothies, but numerous times have received smoothies that had huge chunks of fruit or ingredients in them. Make sure to request well-blended.
The food was decent, once ready. Quite expensive though. Also, staff members were a bit rude and not attentive.
Really a great place to get a smoothie. I have not tried the wraps yet but they have excellent vegan chocolate chip cookies as well as little bites with coconuts on them. The little bites even our packaged in a Ziploc bag which is a nice touch!It's the only place I know of that uses cherries in their smoothies because there's one called Northern Berry that I like.When I make smoothies at home I actually use cherries and I enjoy it so I was quite excited when I found this menu.They even have $1 pup cups for your doggy, LOL.I've only been there three times as I write this so I'm looking forward to trying more things on the menu.
I’ve been to the one in Copley twice now, both times unfortunately were not good. The first time it took 15 minutes for someone to even greet me at the desk and I was the only one there, then the woman looked surprised and asked me what I needed as if I wasn’t there to order food/drinks. Then it took another 15 minutes to make the smoothie - it was good! Just not worth the price and a 30 minute wait when I’m the only customer. I went again today and the girl working there was so incredibly rude and non responsive when talked to. It was like we were inconveniencing her and she couldn’t figure out the change. When we told her to keep the change and put it in the tip jar, I thought she was going to cry. She again didn’t respond as if we weren’t talking to her at all and she looked mad we left a tip at all! It was so bizarre. My friend and I both were shocked at how rude she was so blatantly to us. Again, the only ones in there. I think the entire staff needs changed or retrained before I’ll go back. Everyone there looked 14 so I just don’t think they know what they’re doing. Not worth it.
Wouldn't go back. First it took forever like 15 minutes or so for 3 smoothies and we were only ones in there. One girl making them while others were doing??? Staff was not friendly at all and smoothies were pretty runny and my little ones was warm which was wierd. For price definitely not worth it. What a shame bc place is beautiful.
We tried the location in Green today. We were not fans. The service was slow, and as I watched while we waited I could see why. The employees were constantly switched from one task to another, smoothie making, food prep, cashier. Each change necessitated a "Here's where I am in the line update". No one seemed to be working together to get anything accomplished. Also, every single customer we could overhear had to modify their order because something was out of stock. We ordered three different smoothies, and all three were just ok. If you are in the area, head across the street to Nectar's. Way better, and less price!!
This place was amazing!! The size for the drinks were amazing for the price!!! The place is amazing for cute little dates with friends!! The prices are a bit high for the portions of the food serviced but just eating it you could tell that the food is all fresh. I'm so happy I discovered this place!!!
