1st beer I was served was room temperature, bar/restaurant was about 85 degrees as the ac wasn't working. Food was good
Wow what a great atmosphere,very clean the menue options were mind blowing the food we ordered was amazing but I really got to brag on our server Ashley she was amazing and made our 1st visit there amazing she deserves a pat on the back or recognition we were very pleased with her service and we will be making a weekly visit there for mine and my wife's date night before the race track
Service is terrible. If it wasn't for a friend that works there and she had just gotten off work to join us. She had to take our order, serve our food and get our checks for us. There was 1 guy behind the bar that made an attempt to take care of us. Then 1 of the ladies in our group (not drinking) had a mistep off the platform & fell down. Not a single employee/manager came to check on her. Sad excuse for customer service.. I will never go back.
Been some time since my last poor experience here. Came back twice in 1 week. Wings under cooked with pink chicken second visit for Friday fish fry. Burnt fried fish. Nothing has changed. Not once asked if everything was fine both times. Lack of options and competition keeps them in business.
We regularly have lunch at this location Wednesday thru Saturday.The Day staff is second to none and the food is beyond awesome. They greet us, treat us with wonderful respect and amazing service. Kris Kauffman and I simply want to say thanks to staff and to Nikki the owner for the best service around.
Came in for St. Patrick’s day to have fun with a few friends. Excellent food and atmosphere as always the basement is a local staple. Some of the best bar food in the lakes.A bartender/server Taylor proved absolutely atrocious service. I have never felt as though I inconvenienced someone doing their job more than I have this evening. Taylor never smiled and approached her job of providing me service as an inconvenience to her day. She is terrible did not make me feel welcomed and generally cast a shadow on this beautiful evening. We had to ask for a new server.
Always a good time at the basement locations. Good food, nice people and great dart boards. The menus have a huge variety of food so everybody can find something like.
This was my first time visiting this place we asked for top shelf shots but instead got what tasted like rubbing alcohol went back and had to personally watch the bartender open up a new bottle of Don Julio just to get our second order. We also order food which will never happen again I purchased a honey mustard Wings which were absolutely horrible there was no seasoning on it they tasted so Bland I took one bite and didn't eat the rest came home and gave it to my dog and he didn't even want it
Food is amazing! Always great specials daily, menu is HUGE with many favorites making chosing a meal almost difficult but never disappointing. Service was great with friendly and attentive bartenders who kept glasses full and took orders with precision.
