Great crew! Everyone was so friendly! Service was fast, food was hot and correct! Dining room was CLEAN!! Always a pleasure to eat at this location. (Drive thru is always excellent when I'm in a hurry.)
Horrible customer service..I came in the evening. I ordered a wrap. That wasn't rap. Or cut. When I ask about it being served cut in half. The little lady never said anything . Seconds later she hands me a plastic knife.

At this Akron location:Had too much mayo on the smokehouse sandwich. My son orders it all the time, never had dripping amount of mayo on this sandwich like today.The chocolate mint shake was way to sweet, not balanced right, or mix was not good.
The cooks are unable to get an order correct no matter how many times it's ordered. Would recommend literally any other location if you want correct food.
I like it a lot but, damn Arby’s. It’s $60 fricken dollars if we take the kids to eat there. At least throw in a little plastic toy so I don’t feel so financially bent over….
I love the food they have. The Ruben is my favorite, but the wraps are also good.
Very rude cashier. Forget my crinkle fry's I paid for also forgot to ring up a item No Arby's sauce like I requested.
Ordered fish sandwich. It wasn’t fresh. I wasn’t impressed with my meal this time. Food was just ok. Prices have definitely gone up.
