We came from across town to get this. However, i kid you not, they said it would be 30 mins for roasf ßeef!!! Its literally what theyre main sell was and they were out?!?! We obviously werent gonna wait that long. So we ordered these chicken bacon swiss that were sooooo nasty. The chicken was rock hard and old. The bacon had ONE TINY OLD UNDERCOOKED PIECE AND THE CHEESE WAS LIKE PLASTIC! IT was the WORST Arbys experience ever.
It was alright but they put tarter sauce on both of my fish sandwiches and I only wanted it on one.
Need to show how to bake cookies had to take them back not done hate to go to north side for service ??
These folks are doing a great job despite being understaffed. Clean, welcoming, and the food beats anybody. Go!!
Very polite staff, although I have never seen the same person twice. They must have a huge staff! In any case they are always very courteous and I get exactly what I have ordered.
We don't eat out often but I wanted some quick boneless wings and our local BWs was out of stock (?!?) so I figured I'd try here after seeing the endless commercials. Not only were the wings great (both flavors but especially the spicy honey) but the crinkle fries were crispy and tasty and the price was fair. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back!
Terrible food. Most fast food tastes pretty bad but here it's somehow worse. If you even happen to get the right amount food you pay for more than half of will cold and soggy. Might as well just drive across the street to Swensons. I know next time I work ten hours without eating all day I'll wait a few extra minutes to get a good fresh meal...not at this Arby's.
I had not been to Arby's in a while. The staff has changed and there was a tall heavy set caucasian man, maybe a manager, however he had a line of customers behind me yet he saw I was on crutches and said "can I get your drink for you, can I assist you in any way?" My mind was blown! Magnifique. I declined due to the line however I will be back, if not just to tip him.
Fast efficient service. Friendly professional staff. Good food.
rude employees make you feel like you went to a ghetto hight school or Jr High....smh one guy walked away from taking my order and went to politic with coworkers in the back laughing and socializing.. I think they wanted to get a rise out for me so I just walk away
