0 stars. Lady was a terrible cashier. Stood in the back the entire time DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Flavors were never filled. Still required masks. She was very robotic. Unwelcoming environment. Oh and I can’t forget adding Herbalife. Pathetic and will never return.

They now only offer frozen yogurts "enriched with HerbaLife" and I can't use it. Their toppings bar was really scarce and I felt guilty touching anything since the lady was wrapped head to toe with gloves, scarves hat, and mask and couldn't hand me a bowl, spoon, etc (which only comes in one size now) without putting it in a bin and sliding it across the counter. My kid's bowl was over $10 for some vanilla yogurt and boba. I haven't been here in a while, but since this visit I doubt I'll go back.

Horrible experience. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Only chocolate and vanilla were working, nothing else except the horrible flavors no one likes. Horrible topping selection, no cookie dough available. The yogurt tasted so freezer burnt and horrible, I had to throw it away at the nearest gas station. Spent $7 for less than mediocre froyo.

Biggest joke in minot sucked terribly and people are unsociable will never go back and way overpriced

I've been enjoying Tutti Frutti fro-yo for years, and I was excited to see they were adding Herbalife to their lineup; I thought they were adding iced teas to their line-up. Sadly, new ownership has made a lot negative changes.I was shocked when I walked in the door, and found that I was the only customer, at 3:30 in the afternoon. I've never seen that before; it used to have 3-6 groups of people scattered about, laughing and talking, and enjoying delicous creamy frozen yogurt in a variety of flavors. It was a fun place.I stepped over to the wall of yogurt dispensers, and found that the first one wore signage stating that they were out of those flavors. Bummer.I went over to the counter, to ask for a couple of taste cups, and the woman behind the counter asked me if I'd brought my mask with me. Of course, I had not, since masks have not been required for how many months now? She passed me my little blue disposable mask on a stainless steel tray, followed by my taste cups on the same little tray.I have to say, it felt really stupid to put on a mask, walk 10 feet away, and take it off so I could use the taste cups I'd requested. So, the first machine was out. The second one, nothing happened when I tried the dispenser knob. The third machine ran liquid into my cup. I hit pay dirt on the fourth one, until I tasted the product being dispensed. And I really wanted to like it.I was determined to give it a fair try, so I went to get the serving dishes; those, too, have to requested, and slid across the counter to you on the little tray. It feels very unwelcoming. They no longer have any frozen yogurt; it's all sorbet. Vanilla and chocolate just don't make good sorbet flavors. It's pretty tart tasting, and some of the flavors taste more like they should be cleaning products.Paying was as pleasant as the rest of the process. I put my money on the little tray she slid toward me, she slid it back, made my change, and slid it to me for its final cativity, delivering my change.I shuddered when I walked out of there. Ugh. It used to be such a nice experience to go to Tutti Frutti. It was radically different today. No "Welcome! How are you today?" No "Hello, we're glad you're here." It was a sterile, clinical transaction, with no pleasantries offered.I am sad to say that we won't be back.

Herballife being added is why I won't be coming back.

This is the only food retail establishment I know of in Minot that requires masks for customers. We (a family of 7) took out business to Cold Stone. It was a good choice.

Why have a phone when it's never answered. All I want to know is if your flavors have finally changed. The last three times I've been there it's been the same 5 or 6 flavors and half of the machines aren't even turned on. No wonder why you are losing so much business. Go back to the way it was a few years ago before herbalife and when you had 10+ flavors to choose from. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because you still have a good variety of toppings.

Tried going there and it says open, people inside then we try to go in and the workers disappeared and the door was locked

I had papaya and my husband had birthday cake! It was delicious and the shop was very clean.
