Stopped to order food, was so excited to live in a town that had one again. When pulled up there were 2 cars ahead. They waited for car 1 to order and completely pull back on the main road before taking car 2's order by the time I pulled up it had been 20 minutes and they wanted me to wait until they completely filled that order and they drove off as well. Way back when I worked fast food, I could get out tons of orders in that amount of time. A turtle moves faster. I knew immediately from all my management that means this place is poorly managed it doesn't take that long unless only one person is working the whole store and even me by myself could do better with only 3 cars.
Good place in all and definitely go there if you want a quick and cheap bite. Definitely prefer the nacho fry box only 5$ and that includes a drink. When I ordered it through the drive thru the person that took my order was full of energy and I defintly made my day. He could sell me anything and I would take it from him. Keep up the great work Taco bell!
(I have autism and special food needs) Ive been in Minot for 3 months due to work and have been craving Taco Bell for all of these 3 months but heard bad things. But i finally caved and now i see why its so badly reviewed. Had to wait OVER AN HOUR for cold food and the wrong drink (drink is understandable because drinks can run out and I don't mind Mnt Dew but would have loved my Sierra Mist). Asked for chicken and cheese and no lettuce on taco and it had barely ANYTHING on it even for just chicken and cheese. Bits of lettuce throughout the taco making it smell disgusting and every bite tasted like lettuce. Burrito (I asked for potatoes, red sauce with no sour cream) came filled with sour cream so I only got one bite in before having to spit it out (Sensitive to sour cream). No red sauce, and even no nacho cheese? On a five layer burrito? And only 4 potatoes were in the burrito, 3 of which were COATED in sour cream making in inedible for me. Even the cinnabons were cold.
This place needs help. If you want food quick but dont mind waiting for over an hour for two items or want cold soggy food by the time you leave the drive through window, not enough sauce for your food, your order completely messed up, well this is the place. Order 5 items get 2 sauces. Ask for them to take something off they add more. Ask and pay them to add on items you get charged and you don't get what you wanted at all. This place needs new management and someone who actually cares about the customer. Need more positive workers who enjoy what they do. California you can order 15 items and be out of the drive through in 3 to 5 minutes. It takes them 10 minutes to make a taco here. Please do something about this or I will forever dump taco bell of my list of place to eat. I love this place in California But in north dakota it's just sad.
Love to see the manager sitting around and doing an on the spot hire with orientation and everything when 15 people are in the lobby and only 2 employees in the back. I’m just trying to get my refund man. They completed the order without making any food so I can’t even cancel it on the Taco Bell app. I hate this place so much. Why did I decide to come here after 7 months like anything would change
I do door dash and I usually don't take taco bell orders because I end up sitting here for 30+ minutes on each order! I've been here for an hour and I can't leave until I get my second order! This first one is now cold and the customer will be very unhappy!! There is 2 people on drive through and one person on the front. A lady left because she got frustrated and wouldn't tell anyone who's order was who's! She'd just shrug and walk away, make one item and then just stand there like she's zoning out into another dimension. This guy is awesome and is trying his hardest to help all 12 people in the lobby with doordash orders.
Do yourself a favor... go through the drive through, especially if there's a long line.
Not enough staff took way to long to get 2 tacos and 1bean burrito. Like 20 minutes not playing 20 mins. Beans were cold and hard in the bean burrito. Total upset. And there excuses is that their understaff the whole time some regular customer came I. And was talking to the one lady they hand making the food for the walk in customers for like 10 minutes.. I love TB but will not go to this one again in life. Ooo and this has happened on three occasions
Was to taco bell today and the employee behind the counter was rude. Told me we're busy use the kiosk. No one was inside and there was only one car in the drive thru. They either need better management or better employees that know customer service.
This probably one of the worst Taco Bell's that I've had. On numerous occasions they have messed up my order. The food seems rushed, bit don't mistake that to mean you will get your food quickly. I've sat waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru just to get some lazily made tacos.
