There coffe isn't even coffee its espresso shot in hot water I could get a better drink at arby's for far cheaper no flavor in any of there coffe
Got my girls starbucks cards for their birthdays. Went to use them here and couldn't because it's not Starbucks. Its barnes and noble??? ummm says Starbucks. Coffee from Starbucks. Pretty sure your Starbucks. They take them in targets. Dont say no we are target. Just my opinion
The place is always way too busy and the way the entrances are set up it allows people to cut the line. Last time I went I spent over 15 minutes in line to be told the drink I wanted wasn't on the list. No way to get out of line so I spent another 10 minutes waiting to get out of there. At least the window person was polite and let me know that they do make the drink but are out of ingredients.I personally rarely drink anything from here, nothing warmed up and served in a cup is worth that much time of my life. The only reason I went there at all was to get a certain tea combination that might have helped a family member feel better.
This Starbucks is incredible, walked in and was greeted with a smile from all employees. It was nice seeing that the employees looked happy to be working there. Definitely great management.
45 minute wait for 3 hot drinks! That's after I checked on our order twice. Ridiculous.
Busy Starbuck's. Great employees. Super friendly and helpful. Only draw back is the the drive thru line but it doesn't seem to deter anyone!

I mean it is soooo good. Ordered ahead from the app and it was ready when I walked in every time.
After spending $100 over 2 weeks, waiting 35 min this last time; I can honestly say this is by far the worst Starbucks I've ever seen! And, it takes much for me to complain. 8 Fraps that never was given the extra shot I paid for. Horrible training I'm guessing?
Amazing drinks and food. Plus free wifi and sitting area to work in!
