The spicy grilled cheese was the best, unbelievable. They also provide the bread for Iron Horse across the street, whose burgers are also out of this world.The kids loved the little play area and my wife loved the cucumber-lemonade. I had a chai and it was delightful.
Pretty awesome place, coffee was good and pastries were good but somewhat dry. Maybe that’s just how their recipe for the cinnamon roll is. The lemon blueberry thing was pretty awesome!
Awesome coffee and pastries. Employees seem snotty though--Didn't enjoy it and didn't make me feel very welcome. It's like they either don't like work or don't like people, which doesnt make any sense.
This place has an amazing atmosphere! The aesthetics have a very homey, old school bakery feel. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful.I loved their coffee and their scones are out of this world! They offer many other delicious delicacies and they have vegan options.I would definitely recommend this place!
Stopped in with a friend. It's a cute lil place and the staff is friendly. I got an Italian soda and a scone and bother were yummy! Next time I'm in Minot I will definitely stop in again!
Prairie Sky Breads is definitely one of our favorite spots in downtown Minot. The atmosphere is so comfortable and inviting, the staff is very accommodating, polite and kind, and most importantly, the food and drinks are top notch! We highly recommend the cardamon knots!! And our pups enjoy the dog treats we bring home. They have an adorable set up of bakery toys for kids to play with, which our 6yo loves! PSB also offers local beer from Atypical Brewing, and so much more. Go check this place out! You won't be disappointed!
Staff was friendly, service was quick. The breakfast options were unique and delicious (breakfast tart and a bacon, jelly, goat cheese toast). Loved that they were able to make two made to order coffees which were not on the standard menu. Took home a pickle sourdough loaf and a couple scones to share with family. Can't wait to try!

This place is AH-MAY-ZING! The quality of literally everything is excellent; fresh bread is just the start! The soups are rich in flavor and are not the usual boring same old same old. The lattes are perfection, I have never once had to have a drink re-made due to error. They are always willing to make something vegan for me, even if not on the menu. The people working there are also a breath of fresh air. You can tell they care about enriching the community. This HANDS DOWN is my favorite place in Minot. PERIOD.
Delicious breakfast sandwiches. Friendly staff. Great jalapeño sourdough bread. Good drinks. Love this place. Also love the positivity they spread with the little hearts that I can write notes on monthly and they display.
