The hours on the door said differant than what was posted. We felt rushed to leave. Workers were coming to ask if we were done at the buffet. Rude I thought. Then when I said I guess, they all came from the back and slammed pizza after pizza pans on trash cans to throw away alot of pizza away. They were loud and interrupted our dinner so we left. I brought it to one of the girls attention about the hours on the door saying we had another hour, she checked then said the new manager just got the position 2 weeks ago and most likely not aware but she's gonna let em know
Had always enjoyed it previously but this time half the tables were available but uncleared and staff was bickering. Food was slow in coming.
Been going to this pizza ranch since it opened. Staff is always friendly and usually pretty good about clearly plates from tables. The fried chicken/mash potatoes area has a tendency to not be restocked, so sometimes you gotta wait a bit to get that but thankfully there is always pizza.Overall pretty good place to go for a quick pizza buffet. Pizza always tastes good.
i always make a point to eat at a Pizza Ranch when i come to the States. this one met and exceeded all my expectations. they have some toy machines in the front hallway, and my 3 year old niece begged for some. we said no, but the gentleman, Moe, at the front counter gave her one. she smiled real big and said she was 3. her birthday had been 4 days before. so he gave her another for a birthday gift. then he gave one to my 9 month old niece too. such awesome amazing service. 10/10

Always great! Do very much miss the bbq chicken you once served. Great host at register.
Great food always hot and ready. Staff is friendly and tentative. The floors remind me of the floors in a pig barn sometimes but they appear to try to keep up on it for the most part. Sometimes the soup in the warmer looks like dehydrated slop. Salad bar is always clean and fresh and the pizza is almost as good as the fried chicken…best fried chicken in town!
We paid at 7:38pm and were never told they were closing at 8pm and would not be making any more food. We paid full price for dried out ready for the trash chicken and pizza. Checked online and it says open until 9pm. There was a family in front and behind who also were not told about closing at 8. We asked for the manager after asking the person at the register about fresh food coming out. Manager never came out. We and the other family asked for the manager again. It took almost 20 minutes for him to come out. He acted like it was no big deal and said he didn't have any idea why weren't informed they close at 8. I and the other family had to ask for any sort of refund. It's been a week and the hours still aren't changed online and no times on the doors.
I love going there with Sherri & Dennis Jones. They have the best service in town.
I've eaten at a number of Pizza Ranches. This visit was THE BEST! Great food, staff was awesome, very pleasant and professional. Great job and thank you!
