Food is outstanding when fresh and prepared properly. However, every time I choose to pick up, I am standing at the front counter while there are multiple employees in the back that decide not to acknowledge me. We make eye contact and I feel like I am a nuisance to their presence. I apologize to interrupt your conversation to get the food I paid for. I had to call the store to let them know I was at the front counter for a pick up order. Food = Great. Customer service sucks!!!!
Get the order right. Our order was for extra sauce and there was actually not much sauce at all on one of the pizzas. The one we asked for extra sauce.
The girl who took my order was nice. Food came on time, nice and hot.. was missing wings, so I called back as soon as felivery guy left. I was transfered to the manager and he gave me two options, 1 have wings delivered but would take about 40 mins, or 2 have money put on my "account"? Well obviously we wanted our wings and he was clearly frustrated by this. At the end of the call I asked if he could throw in 1 or 2 marinara sauces and he said YEAH! and quickly hung up on me. About 35 mins later the delivery guy shows up with wings and NO MARINARA. He was only told to bring the wings. ? whatever..
Honestly they are way too expensive for the quality of food they are serving. I worked there and everything is frozen and honestly I'm a little upset to be buying ranch for 99¢ and not even receive it and this is not the first time. This is just the first time I'm saying something. I honestly receive my order missing things quite often.
I have never had a problem here before. My orders are always ready when I arrive and delicious. Thank you for making dinner for me.
Our pizza was sooo good last night. Hot fresh. Not underdone. Really just brilliant. Thanks for a great meal.
Really good.I wanted to order a large pan Supreme and wings. The employee informed me they were out of pan for regular pizzas, but said they had it for square pizzas that they make for their dinner boxes.So I ordered the pan Supreme dinner box pizza (only the pizza, not the dinner box) and 18 traditional wings, spicy garlic. With three dipping sauces.The food was delivered on time, hot, and correct. Best part was how the employee worked with me to get me what I was hungry for even though they were out of the item.The food was delicious.So many customer service experiences are awful now.. it was refreshing to have something positive. Great experience!
Delivery driver was given the wrong address and our order was barley warm by the time we got it. Definately don't think I'll be ordering from here again.
They are extremely busy at this location and still my orders are within the time they say its will ready for pick up and my orders are right! Obviously there is a little luck on my part because stuff happens! Mostly I would say they must have good organizational skills and work good together as team.
Proved that my online order was stuffed crust, but what their system received was a regular pizza. No apology. Worthless establishment that is a reflection of whoever the general manager is.
