No employees answering the phone @ 11am. Good customer service is no longer a priority. Sad.
One star is too good of a review. We are from out of town and got in late. When I ordered the guy said it could be up to 90 minutes. I thought there is no way it’ll be that long he is just saying that to cover his butt. After waiting 2 hours I called, different guy says they are telling people two hour minimum. Minimum? Who does that? So it could be another hour? He said don’t worry I’ll get your delivery done. Two hours later (after waiting four hours) I had a slice of bread and went to bed. If you order from them and they say there is gonna be a wait and they know you won’t be a return customer just hang up and order somewhere else. Or have some bread handy to eat because you probably won’t get your pizza.
Delivery was fantastic,young man polite,pizza was hot,now gluten free crust is out dated there are larger varieties of crusts and or gluten free flour of choice
food took over an hour to be delivered, food was barely warm :(

Ordered a pizza last night. It had no sauce and was nasty af. Waste of money
Quality is hit or miss. Either very tasty or literally makes your tummy hurt. I have always liked Papa John's pizza, but the quality this last time was definitely down. Got us a veggie and an alfredo. Wasn't crazy about the Alfredo one, but that's just a personal taste thing. Seemed like my veggie was better the time prior, more cheese and more fresh. Got it on time the time prior, but this last time it was late, both were luke-warm. The guy that came was called in to work because they needed him, he said, which is probably true, staffing is hard with both Covid and the weather. Main thing is safety and quality--it's not cheap pizza so it should always be at least trustworthy on ingredients being safe to eat. A prob with eating out in Minot in general, sadly, even at sit in eateries. If I want pizza I think I'll give some of the local folks a shot next time.
