This Papa John's is ridiculous, I called in the first time and was received horrible customer service to the point where I was not comfortable ordering from there and it was my first time ordering from there about a month ago. Now today I tried to call and place an order same guy of who picked up the phone who took my order called me a first and last name of someone whom I never met, then he told me to call a different location with the same number that I just called him on. So I asked to speak to the manager, and the manager told me to calm down when I wasn't even upset at all. So I'm not sure exactly what's going on but it seems as if certain businesses should not be existing here in Minot it's putting a bad damp in this society..when I did
Customer service and staff 4/5: Aiden was quick, reliable, and very informative.2 other employees were there but seemed to be in the back.Aiden taken charged. He got me the new Parmesan crusted Papadida. Brownies, Cheese bread and chicken poppers with Honey Chipolte BBQ.Too busy with the phone with such a small crew. Best to walk in or order online and pickup.(Cheaper too that way)Food: 4/5 you get what you paid for. I should have bought a pizza! The Philly Papadida I order was gooey, warm, and not whole lot of steak. But it hit the spot! The brownies...we're brownies. (I make better, sorry guys) didn't feel home made.Cheese bread was cheesy. Loved the marinara and Garlic sauce. The Chicken Poppers were the winner. Dip it in garlic with the Honey BBQ Chipolte and brings out that sweet and spice flavor.Location: 2/5 If your not familiar with this Base. You will miss it...especially with the snow.Hidden behind Rockers which is big/and between BK.Suggestion: Ask if Papa John's is willing to take a spot at the food court or combine with Rockers. More money to be made that way.
Always good pizzas
Amazing service! I got lucky to have Cole helped me twice with my orders. He’s courteous, helpful, and easygoing! And of course, their pizza is amazing. Customer service is key so please keep him!
Workers--SO nice and friendly. Cool place and really good pizza! We are it all!I'm a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and they let me and other missionaries eat here for free since we're away from home!
Went to inquire about options at 10:10pm and as I started to ask what would be needed to get a pizza I am cut off mid sentence and told that the lobby is closed by a blonde boy. I wait to see if there is more but instead of hearing why I am forced to ask ok so what options do I have. With a very annoyed attitude I am told "to call and we will deliver." I ask if I can just wait in the parking lot since I was already there and have them just bring it out to save them a trip and he just goes on how the lobby is closed and we can deliver to a different parking lot. I am hungry and tired and just got off work. Definitely one of the worst services I have received. Don't recommend going once the lobby is closed. Not going to recommend or go to this place. First time visit and the last.
Convenient for on base, hit or miss of some of the pizzas. We found the thin crust to be more tolerable than the normal one. The cheeseburger pizza was terrible and gave us both heart burn. Here we had a thin crust cheese pizza and cinnamon pull apart.
Online ordering system wouldn't process order. Called store to place order, and was told the "Minot40" discount code was only good for the downtown location. Then spoke with manager at the store, who again said that code was not valid, despite the online ordering system accepting it twice. Ended up paying $2 more in the end, because their system doesn't work, and workers are unaware of their discount codes... It's Papa Murphy's from now on!!
? but went to Pizza ? Hut instead. Better prices @ the Hut. Better quality. I have to be honest.
Great food and fast delivery but they overcharge my card and then won’t respond to messages asking why. From now on I either will not order from them or will only do so when I can pay in cash.
