Recommend you check your order before leaving drive thru. We have been given the wrong order several times Used a gift card we had received for Christmas tonight after we had decided not to patronize this place anymore and sure enough, they messed up order again. For as expensive as their food is, you’d think they could hire competent staff
Staff could be more friendly but the food is always excellent and consistent. Price is on the higher end of what I would like to see to be able to eat at this restraunt more frequently.
Veggie and vegan options; some breads are quite good and fresh. Loved the Modern Caprese sandwich but they discontinued that and the Cuban. Need to bring that back it was better than the tomato and cheese panini offered by Starbucks.
Always check your order. Often missing items. Most soups come premade and they just reheat.
Trued out tht the one person at the register took for ever with orders and the couple that had been in front of me also walked out. I just went through the drive thru and got service right away.
Went to Panera for lunch with my parents and had a great experience. Sue was so nice and helpful and made ordering a pleasant experience. She helped us figure out the lunch menu. The food was great, I would go back again. Thank you!
I have been to Panera for several periods. One day ordered for pick up. While waiting for my food, I bought some bread and cookies, then grabbed my order. A waiter told the manager that I might take another customer well and asked me to see my bag? Did I say, why? I hold only my food, and I'm late for work! Then Manager took the food bag from my hand and checked everything in the bag; then I showed the receipt what my order was. After all, they were sorry to me when they found out they were nothing except my order! This is insulting me. Do you think I am going to Panera to rob another customer's food?
Always delicious! Fast service and perfect for a chilly day. The tomato soup and classic grilled cheese were perfect!
