Ordered family meal and drinks for seven or eight of us, didn’t have no plates for us to dine in. They substituted some plastic containers and that was as fine. Didn’t give enough for all of us and told me bowls cost to much, couldn’t leave as already paid and kids Hungary. Just we’re going to do the best we could with what we had and finally gave us three more plastic containers. Was kind of strange seems like totally unprepared for guests to dine in. First time ever run into something like that.

7:24pm, said they were not making anymore chicken strips. They don’t close til 9pm.

I've not been to KFC for some time. I was pleasantly surprised. Service was good and fast. Dining area was clean. Nice change.
Not impressed. Ordered online to save time. get to the restaurant and you have to sit in line at the drive-through for 15 minutes because the lobby is closed. You would think the lobby could at least be open for customer pick up.
Dinning room closed. Food not readily available. Slow service.
Placed an order online and was very slow, bad service and messed up order, worker said they were short workers and nobody was listening they were sitting around??
Fast service just wanted to sit down and relax but lobby was closed.
