So expensive and the food quality just isn't what it once was.
Why do keep coming back...i checked the.bag this time (short fries, drink, coleslaw, and a biscuit) the food is good, the service lacking
KFC used to be a go to place for fried chicken and fixins' almost every weekend. Now the chicken is greasy, the breading is undercooked, the sides are meh.
530 pm was out of all white meat and had no original recipie. How are they kfc. Didn't even appogize and still charged for all white meat.
Went to get bucket meal, said shirt on chicken, could give half original and half crispy, got all dark meat.
Not overly impressed. The best part was the service from the staff. The coleslaw was dry... what a disappointment.

Gracie is an Awesome over worked under paid manager. I went into KFC and this girl whom apparently only been working there for 2 months is running it. She is training a new hire, cooking, running the Drive thru, taking orders front counter, keeping on top of it all and still smiles and has a great customer service attitude. Gracie has a great work ethic. Hard workers like Gracie are hard to find. I don't tip fast food workers, but today I had to tip this employee for her hard work. She was just super.. employees like her deserve the $15 plus minimum wage hike.

They changed their policies at this KFC to adhere to KFC standards and policy as told by manger. I was confused when ordering and went back later. Was told all they can do is give me the mash potatos and gravy told her I wasn't asking for them to refund my money and that the mash potatoes and gravy would be great I apologized again and thank her. She then said they had to make more because they were out? and she would bring it out in a few minutes. I waited about 20 mins then went in and got it. I watched people order a big amount and get it in under 5 mins including mash potatoes. Very disappointed they seamed to take it personally and made me wait as a punishment. I was so upset and do not think this kind of spiteful behaviour would live up to KFC standards and policies. Sounds like to much but I am a little heart broken. Formerly known as the KFC slaw hog.?
