On the evening of Jan 16, I ordered from Jimmy John's South in Minot, through the Door Dash App. Someone from the store called me shortly afterwards, saying that they had no drivers available and wouldn't be able to deliver my order. When I stated that I couldn't pick it up, the caller said it would be cancelled and the amount paid credited back to me. I didn't see the credit after about 2 days, so I called the store. I was told that it may take 3-5 days. Not wanting to be a pest, I waited 2 weeks and called back. I was told that it was a Door Dash issue. I contacted Door Dash and was told that since the order was shown as delivered they couldn't do anything about it. I called the store back and told them what Door Dash had said, I was then told that it had been over 2 weeks and there was nothing that could be done. I asked why, stating my order was never delivered and there must have been an oversight. They offered to have their GM call me back. That was 4 days ago, I've had no call yet. If I could give less that 1 star, I would. This situation has been really disappointing. The amount paid included a tip for the driver, which I was happy to give if the order had even been received. I will not ever order from that store again. Buyer beware!!
I stop here every now and then to pick up a fast sandwich. They have been fast and good.
ordered a Club Lulu no tomatoes with cheese. Got Club Lulu no bacon. very disappointed. Beyond pissed receipt was right so how do you confuse bacon and tomato
Gave my dad the wrong sandwich but still delicious
After ordering the exact same meal three times in a week somehow got overcharged by two dollars for no reason. When talking with the general manager I received no explanation and was handled very rudely by her over the phone .Not impressed by her handle over the situation at all completely unprofessional. Definitely will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
Did not put the sandwich in a bag, and I had to ask for napkins.
I’m done ordering from South JJ’s. Took an hour and a half to deliver and then shows up looking like it got kicked around. Horrible experience every time I’ve ordered.
Whoever paid attention to “Who Wants It” and drew the little figures deserves a fat raise!
Just curious to know if it’s normal to deliver half full beverages to your customers? Do your delivery drivers get thirsty along the way or is that that hard to make sure the cup is filled before leaving the store? Glad to know I paid for a full price!
Can't go wrong , few more bucks than subway ... worth it in my opinion
