bob campbell is literally the goat he definitely deserves a raise

Best Jimmy Johns in town! Employees go above and beyond to ensure exceptional service!! I have a gluten allergy and they go out of their way to accommodate me, making sure that my sandwiches are safe from gluten, even if it is ten minutes before closing!! This crew deserves more than 5 stars!!

A good and usually fast place to get a sandwich. If you need speed don't go on windy days because they can't always hear you so you have to go up to the window to order.

Terrible service that serve cat meat to customers, and the younger man with short blonde hair is so disrespectful I will never eat here again!

I do not care or read dislike comments from others. From my experience, the sandwich’s here better taste than a subway. As a chef, and commented, low your expectation for fast food because every freaking fast food in Minot is the same, but Jimmy John had good service and friendly staff. Also, the price is suitable for fast food.

I ordered a Slim 2 on the drive thru. ( roast beef) and got home with Turkey. Called and was told c 3 they were having phone trouble so they hung up on me. Told me to go on line. So here it is.

It’s really annoying that you have specific sections for order instructions when making an online order. How hard is it to follow those instructions? If I say please don’t knock on the door, that probably means don’t ring the door bell either. I ask for no ice and still always recieve ice. I always tip the drivers, but unfortunately it’s about to stop if they can’t follow the directions that they request. Also how am I suppose to drink a fountain drink without a straw….. Jesus.. get it together.

Gave me horrible food poisoning

This was my fist time ever getting jimmy johns but I think the sandwich I got was a mistake. It was super healthy and I’m not down for healthy but definitely will be back for more pickles.

Terribly slow and no ice in my drink. They are more worried about getting orders out the door for delivery than they are for the customers waiting in their drive thru ?
