Typically when I go here the service is very friendly. The last time I went here it was not friendly. It was a busy day, and I understand in customer service it can get hectic, but you still have to be nice to your customers. The coffee is good, but after someone gives me attitude I will never come back. There was a long line because of the customers coming over from Amtrak. I warned her I had 4 coffees I needed to order. I’m not from Minot so I am not familiar with the train schedule. The lady said “Wednesdays are never a good day because the train is very busy.” Now, I already felt like an inconvenience. She never said “sorry about the wait” or “Sorry Wednesdays are busy” She was very rude. When I ordered the special I was describing it to her what I was ordering and she proceeded to say, “I know what it is.” In the rudest tone ever. I work in customer service, and I know busy. I understand, and I was very friendly to her. I even tipped her because that’s the kind of person I am. I hate giving bad reviews, but this experience made me very uncomfortable to even want to come back.

An absolute delight. Stopped here during my Amtrak stop, and my only complaint is that I can’t go every day. The person running it was about as nice as they come. I almost wanna make this trip again just to stop by.
Best place to go from there Amtrak service stop. The Daily Buzz is the Best, don't forget to ask about the little Cakes she sells, they are Awesome!
Decent drip. The line set up is confusing if you’re on foot. I suppose the only foot traffic around here is from the train, but still....
She doesn't seam to like her job , not very friendly , 1st and last I'll go there
