Went for breakfast, the sandwiches were nicely made, hot and fresh. Tem member taking our order was great! And it didn't cost an arm and a leg! Will go back again real soon and recommend it to everyone!
Ordered food from door dash- bag was sealed so there was no way for the dasher to check it but when I opened it the fries and onion ring containers were missing but there was a random handful of fries and onion rings at the bottom of the bag. It’s comical how terrible this place is. The woman manager on shift was less than helpful and didn’t want to do anything. I get that they’re short staffed but I’m beginning to think this is a Minot problem because every other fast food place here is just as bad.
Every time I come here; the people at the drive-through are so incredibly nice. The wait in the drive-through isn’t ever really long; there’s two lanes, but only one person can answer at a time. So I totally understand. Food always comes out fast and in amazing condition. Not to get too sentimental, but every time I come here if feels like I’m just talking to a friend instead of straight up customer service
Bad service . Rude when u try to fix ur order . If they had negative stars I'd give them -3 stars . Service sucks food is never right . They need an extra widow to fix ur food .
We went to the drive thru, there was a line, but it was short wait times. Food was good
I know they are hella short staffed, but in no way should a medium rawish mush fries end up being handed to a customer. Waited in line forever (again short staffed I get it, not salty about that) and then the order was messed up anyways. I feel that if there is a shortage of workers for this place and you can't crank out a full menu, implement a smaller easier menu. The manager at the window was kind to me even when rushed and obviously frazzled, so that's worth something at least.
BK seems to have been stepping up their game lately. Great quality food, service, and a clean dining room that was actually open (unlike McDonald's). Amazing dining experience today.
Thanks so much for the raw chicken sandwhich that was nice to bite in to. The 2nd sandwhich looked like it was completely raw. Disgusting..
10/5/21 Burger King's app has been greatly improved. They now offer great deals, the app works most of the time, AND when you place your order & prepay online, you get rewards points that quickly add up for free food items!! This is great if like me you're on a fixed income and every penny counts! Thanks Burger King!! My fast food restaurant of choice. The Whopper and Whopper Jr are consistently excellent and almost without fail your special orders are delivered as requested.
