I came around 1pm and there were only 3 people eating. So I’m not sure why when I picked up my to-go order all my food was cold . Both my order and husbands order was cold. There was no one standing at the to go order counter had to wait sometime before anyone came. I asked for double chicken inside me chicken wrap and when I opened my box of food there was a single chicken tender in there waiting for me to cut it on my own and add it into the wrap. When I asked for my food to be cooked over I was looked at by the Buffalo Wild Wing Team Member as if I was crazy for asking for food that should have already been hot and the chicken to be added into my order . There was literally only 3 customers in the whole restaurant already eating so why was the order wrong and cold ? I ended up not even eating the new order of food at that point I was to upset.This is not my first bad experience with this place. I’m starting to think it is just this location . Never again while I am unfortunately living in Minot will I eat here again .
We were in for 1-1/2 hrs my food was terrible fries were stale and it took 30 minutes to get our check and get cashed out service was very poor I’ll never go back
So first off. Still the same BWW from 2017 so that felt homey. Even after Covid.It look slightly dead at around 10pm.Ellie was my waiter, thought she was 23 to 27 due to her work ethic. Found out she was 19 and mother of 1. She was pretty fast and efficient working 8 tables it seems at once. The host was cleaning the other areas.Keep it up Warrior Momma!Think I saw the Manager, male with brown hair and glasses...wasn't very interactive it seems.These girls needs raises and bonuses!I came from CA and this was a better service.Food was suggested the wings. They were good and warm. My appetizer came out slow...which is OK. Thought the pretzel bites were gone.These guys are severely understaffed. You need to hire more peeps.Wish the community was a little nicer to these folks.Very clean. I will come back.
Gone from 4 stars to 1. Ordered Wings with sauce, burger and fries, and a Mac and cheese kids meal. Had Door Dash pick it up for us. 2 hours later, it was finally ready. Spent 30 minutes trying to call the store to ask where our order was. No answer. When it finally arrived, we had wings. Plain. No sauces. No burger. No kids meal. On a Sunday night, I would expect better service and QC. Thanks for the meal nobody here wanted to eat.
I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I went here once and the service was absolutely terrible. We waited 30 minutes just to have a waiter acknowledge us and get our drinks. The food took forever. Decided to go back to see if it was just a one time ordeal. Went back and had the worst time again. Waited forever AGAIN and our server didn’t even acknowledge us. We ended up just leaving because It took so long and we were never acknowledged. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Probably the worse service I have experienced at a dine-in restaurant.

Horrible service. We sat down after a long hard day, with a 4 hours drive ahead of us and we were not even given drinks. We originally went to be seated at the bar but I didn't have my wallet with me so we were asked to leave the bar side. So then we proceeded to wait for 45 minutes to be even greeted at the regular dinning area. During our 45 minutes wait we didn't receive any drinks or even a backward glance while multiple people passed us by. Absolutely ridiculous, it seemed that the waitress completely ignored us and did not care as she continued to tend to customers who had arrived AFTER us. Absolutely disgusted and now we have run out of time to eat and have to eat at Burger King. What a joke.
We went there yesterday, we go in there is no one there to seat but they were busy talking to eachother instead. So we sat ourselves then the made a move spots that was fine though. The waitress messed up our drink order we ordered fries, and a few orders of wings in different sauces they came out luke warm the edges were really hard and the sauce was not fresh you could tell they had been sitting out for quite awhile it tasted old and not only that it took forever! I dont think we will ever stop there again! The fries was the only thing decent. That place really needs management help. I can't believe how bad the wings were at a wing place probably the worst I've had honestly
I get “extra sauce”’charges. But only once the boneless wings are properly coated to begin with. Boneless wings are a dry mouthful unless you pay extra. Not worth it when their competitors in town slather their wings at no extra cost.
The worst dining experience we've had was at Minot, ND Buffalo Wild Wings. Food was late even though the place was empty at 5pm on a Sunday night. When food finally arrived it was burnt to a crisp; we ordered two chicken strip kids meals and two chicken sandwiches for two adults. The French Fries looked like someone scooped them from a trash can: burnt and dried out. We were in too much of a hurry to raise the issue with their manager and just vowed to never set foot in the place again.
