The service was awesome and the food even better! Pulled pork, Smokey turkey sandwhich, track fries were so delicious! Super quick as well.
Food was awesome beer was ice cold ! The way everyone wants things. This is a hidden jem. With an on site working owner pride is is in this food.

My meal and my daughters meal was delicious. The meat was tender and moist. The wings were delicious. The sausage was also delicious. No complaints here.
The food the sauce the customer service! I am not impressed by a lot of things in North Dakota but I was very impressed by this restaurant! Definitely a new favorite whenever I come through Minot! I got the club it was phenomenal my friend got the ribs he absolutely loved them I tried them as well and they were fantastic! Definitely a place where stopping at!
Great service while ordering and receiving your food order. Tasty BBQ. Love the ribs, chicken and brisket. Potato salad and beans are great.
Twice when I ate there, I was so hungry for a good cheeseburger, so I ordered it with fries. My son and his wife ordered full meals. Am sorry to tell you this, but the burgers and buns were very burnt and the lacy fries were overcooked. The staff was very nice and the decor was great. Thank you for caring. I have eaten at barbecue restaurants across the USA. Not only was this restaurant (Bones BBG, Minot N. Dakota) meal the best, nothing, even comes a close second. I tried to give my son some brisket. I couldn’t because every fork attempt only held a micro piece. That tender. Every fork just fell apart into little pieces. The ribs. Ohh you mean the pork loin steaks covered in nectar sauce from BBQ Heaven? The beans? Ohh you meant the big flavor blasters things dancing with glee in the sauce? The pulled pork? Ohhh you meant that stuff I inhaled like a wild animal? This restaurant should be illegal as it breaks the law on how BBQ is supposed to taste according to any regular competition. Be a criminal and eat here until either your stomach explodes or you can’t fit behind the table anymore. I do not know these people. I just know God & good food.
