Went to Taco Bell one night and got 2 hard shells, 2 soft shells and a Beefy Melt burrito. When I got home, everything was in the bottom of the bag, unwrapped, and the toppings were all over inside the bag. I called them and a gentleman told me they would be replaced free of charge next time I came in. They took my name and address and told me it would be taken care of. The next time I came in, I inquired about my free meal and Kaylee, the manager, had no idea what I was talking about. I am absolutely disgusted by the way this was handled, and the customer service needs to greatly improve.
I was disappointed in this location this time around, first of all they redefined the meaning of fast food, there were only two cars in front of me and it took easily 20 minutes to get my food and the second thing that upset me was the fact that they had no salsa all they had was there fire red hot salsa. Can you imagine a fast food Mexican restaurant with no salsa for its customers? Lastly I ordered some Cinnabon rolls and they were stale and dry, must have been made yesterday as they certainly weren't fresh. Overall it was a disappointing meal.
Moved to North Dakota from California and we live two hours from this Taco Bell. We were in town two different days during the same week and stopped by because we missed eating here. My husband was skeptical due to the rating but the workers are so nice here! Upbeat and friendly. Not sure why it has such a bad rating but great job Staff! Keep up the greatness!
Extremely long waits. Management must be going through a tough time with terrible employees or management themselves isn't very good. Yikes. Waited over 30 minutes for a tiny order recently. Better to go to a sit down place or taco John's if you need tacos in town.
I normally like Taco Bell. You know what you're getting. This time happened to be the exception. We went through the drive-thru. The attendant was pleasant and quick. The tacos, though, were not great. I could tell they had been made earlier and had been sitting. We both had hard shell tacos and the taco shells were soaked, soft and fell apart. We received no napkins with our order so you can imagine the mess.
I got everything I expected, 27 individual menu items for like 9bucks. What I didn't expect was the extra friendly staff and positive vibes. Stay awesome Grand Forks crew!
Takes too long to order, the staff aren’t very friendly, when I get Food it cold, quesadilla particularly still have shredded cheese, cold, folded in. Last time I ordered, and the last time I’ll ever go, I ordered a small drink. The server said they were out of small cups and I’d have to get a medium… when I got My order the cup was the same size as the small I had ordered a week prior… this is just bad service.
The only reason I rate this so low is the wait time. Food was good. Staff was a little abrasive, but I could understand why as they were drowning with customers and only had what looked like a skeleton crew. But I waited almost 40 minutes in the lobby for my order.
Super slow. Been here multiple times. Always expect 30+ minute waits. Be happily surprised if they finish sooner. I waited 20 minutes with NO movement in the line and 4 people in front of me. I'd say 10-15 different cars came and left the parking lot when they saw the 10-car line. After reading reviews of 40-minute waits, I left. It shouldn't take longer to get "fast-food" than it would take for me to drive home and cook a meal.Another time, they got my small easy order wrong after a 20-minute wait.Very obvious that upper management at Taco Bell is awful and gives local managers no hours to hire more staff. I feel sorry for everyone who works in that chain.
