It's ok. They seem to put more veggies on here than the other location in town.
Subway on South Columbia Road is a very familiar place to me over the years. The place was not busy today, but things seemed a bit slow. The staff needed to find a flow, a rhythm to what they were doing. Not sure why things seemed a little hectic. With that in mind, I was not in a hurry. All of the staff were very polite with myself and other customers. I was pleased with my order and sat down to eat my sub here. The restaurant was clean and bright. My Sub Club was a familiar order for me. It was certainly worth the stop.
Ordered through uber eats. The subs came messed up with sauce we didn't request. They weren't toasted like requested. We called them to tell them and all they said was next time they will talk to their employees. There are better subways out there don't go here.
I went in just before 5, and they were busy, two people in front of me, plus those in the drive through, and at least two deliver drivers waiting. They moved through the orders quickly and accurately. I had three footlongs to order and the gentleman who made them did a phenomenal job. They were literally picture perfect, even the other people who were eating with me commented on how well made the subs were. Just wanted to shout out for a job super well done.
Vegetables always fresh which I like.

Food was good, but we didn't get told they were out of soup until we got to the pickup window. Service was slow for no one in the store.
