My family had the pleasure to dine for Brunch at Sky. Immediately the ambiance and decor were pleasing. The food was amazing! I had the crab cake Oscar. Delicious! The crab cakes were just crispy enough with good lump crab. My husband had the shrimp and grits. Equally tasty. The sauce was so yummy and had a little kick to it. Our kids had the creme brí»lée French toast and beignets. Both plates incredibly delectable and perfectly sweet. The breakfast cocktails were also very yummy. Sky did not disappoint. Weâre excited to return and savor the dinner menu!
We had an appetizer, entrée and dessert and everything was absolutely wonderful!
We were hoping for a special anniversary brunch after reading the menu online. Sadly, we arrived at our reservation time to find out that there was no smoked salmon for the eggs benedict and no beignets. Previously, we have enjoyed dinners at your restaurant and have recommended it to our friends in Thief River Falls. Perhaps adding "if available" to parts of the online menu would help people driving an hour for the meal to determine their options. Our server was respectful, sweet, and apologetic about the changes. The meal we ate was flavorful, and the prices were appropriate. I would probably warn a friend about the brunch menu possible changes, but encourage them to consider 2 or 3 options.
The building and views were nice. We were greeted and sat immediately with our reservation. The host and waitress were attentive and friendly! The staff is what blew us out of the water! The Belliniâs were fantastic! The food was very under seasoned. The beignets are more like doughnuts. I asked for medium rare steak and it was more medium well,. The eggs and has towns were not seasoned at all. Iâm glad we tried this restaurant but will probably only go back for drinks. Bummed about the brunch!
Decided to try skies before a concert in town. Beautiful restaurant! Great atmosphere :-)
My partners steak was well done instead of medium. My ârareâ prime rib was dry, Iâm not even sure how they managed that. But even when cutting it my plate stayed dry. Overall, was unimpressed with a $120 meal. We did notify our server, but nothing was done.
Stunning atmosphere, quiet, relaxing, service was phenomenal! Food was delivered fast and was very good.

I missed the balsamic glaze on Caprese Salad. Also scrimped on basil. I would suggest rethinking mozzarella used and presentation! Great Shrimp special! Thank you!
Food was great, staff was very friendly, was a bit pricy but portions were large.
