Great food. Amazing service

Meals were served with a smile. My friend and I enjoyed our lunch, and she suggested the cheesecake. Knowing my husband was home going without (smile,) I decided to bring him home a slice.I will return again to Red Lobster .P.s. The waiter was so nice.

Service is fantastic. Delicious meal.

If I could give a no star or negative star I would. First problem they don’t pay attention to food they send out, my mothers salad had a spider looking bug in it ?. Second shrimp scampi came out cold. Lastly the waitress was not attentive at all she never asked how the food was or if we needed anything very poor service. Will definitely NOT be returning

2-14-22...i wanted seafood...lobster so I stopped for early dinnerHostess upset that I didn't want to sit at a table and preferred a booth. Set my menu on a booth and walked away rolling her eyes.Server (Allison V)was professional and efficient.She refilled the delicious warm biscuits.Rock lobster was dry..but the lobster shrimp linguine was fabulous.I was disappointed that $40 plates no longer come with a salad choice...they are now considered a side dish.Oh well...more room for biscuits...lolDifferent visitPoor service...snappy server. No bread refills. No parm for alfredo. Slow to get shrimp refills...used to be much better

Door Dash dropped the ball with our order not once but twice so we called the store to find out what actually happend with the order. Manger on duty was awesome and very helpfull. She waited on the phone while we replaced the order and sence we were rushing threw it a bit we forgot the dang biscuits. When it did get delivered they had doubled the order had a hand written note and a whole gaggle of Biscuits! Food was super fresh even the biscuits we're still hot. Kudos to the staff ?

Very rude manager working. Ordered the food, they said when it would be ready, that time came and went. The restaurant was virtually empty. I waited and asked twice, the last time they said it was being bagged up, that alone took more than 5 minutes. When I made a comment to the manager about the delay he just looked at me and said I came too early. While I did arrive early, it was well past the time it was promised.

Good food, amazing staff, but I am so disappointed that you no longer have walleye on your menu. It’s what kept me coming.

This use to be one of my favorite places to eat, it has really gone down hill. They say food availability is a problem so they have limited menu and have majorly decreased menu. Server was great.

We've always generally had good experiences at our local Grand Forks Red Lobster but I have to say the last couple trips they're really knocked it out of the park! We had a "not so great and way too expensive" trip to a new local steakhouse and wanted to just have a good Xmas meal so we went to Red Lobster. Our server was attentive and professional, the food was very good and we had a great time. I use the Rewards App so that dinner gave us a reward to claim on our next visit.Flash ahead a few weeks and I get an email offering triple reward points for previewing their new "3 from the Sea" Menu. A soup or salad, a single size app and choice of 1 of 7 entrees. We did it last night and it was FANTASTIC! Again our server was great - the food prompt and delicious. My wife and I had the same entree (the Shrimp Linguini) and it came with so many shrimp I was amazed. A big portion! We both had enough for lunch with a couple extra biscuits the next day. All of that with a beverage for $40! I used my reward points for a to-go dessert we ate at home and with the promotions triple points I earned enough for ANOTHER FREE REWARD on our next visit. That is an amazing value!Bottom line - we love our local Red Lobster! AND if you don't use the Rewards App download it today! It's one rewards program that really pays.
