Co-worker ordered in a burrito online...went to pick it up and it was made fresh right in front of me. The two young ladies working were very very friendly.
The food is delicious and that queso dip and chips is to die for. However they are severely under staffed or just really slow. The staff can't seem to handle the pressure when they get busy. Customers placed online orders and waited for their order and waited some more. Ended up just going through the line, mention they ordered online come to find their ticket hadn't been printed yet!!!! What's the point of ordering online if you still gotta wait in line and watch them make your food right in front of you?!?
Place was full of employees making sure the carryout customers were taken care of. Meanwhile there's not a clean table in the place and both garbage cans are overflowing.
First time ever eating here. Ordered burrito and the taco plate for delivery Tacos were cold and broken. How do you break a soft shell corn tortilla. REALLY!!!Called restaurant and got some 12 year old on the phone when asked for manager.So not impressed.
Always great food. Never too busy (at least at night) and the people are always nice. 11/10 going to go eat there now
Qdoba is qdoba, but the staffs in this location are particularly lazy. The place looks rundown, floors look like it has never been mopped, windows dusty, tables have crumbs, cross contamination, and the drink fountain has never been cleaned ?. You can tell the manager is either a teenager or a college student who doesn’t have any experience managing a place. It used to look nice pre-covid
Placed an online order. Went to the store to pick it up. There were 5 customers in the store, 2 of which were waiting for their orders to be made. My order has not been started yet. I waited. 6 people came in, they made all six of their orders before I got mine. I know I ordered and paid for my order before the others who were served did. The woman who seemed to be in charge was rude. They overfilled the bag, it ripped when they gave it to me and they didn't even offer a new bag. Terrible customer service. The food was good, as usual.
I understand they were busy. My food was being assembled contaminating other food (an onion fell into the queso, the rice was intermixed, etc). I had 2 fatty bits of brisket and a avocado peel in my meal alone. Not impressed!
I usually love Qdoba and used to come here all the time. However, last time I went there was a chunk of what seemed like part of a dreadlock in my burrito. I definitely will not be going back anytime soon. I wish I would’ve thought to take a picture.
Food was great! However their employee had a horrible attitude. Like we were bothering her by being there. When we got there we were the only ones in line. Her attitude toward us was horrible. Seemed like she really hates her job and takes it out on customers!
