Ordered the big box, plus e extra bread sticks and one extra wing...Here is the good news, Pizza was ready for pickup on time. Bread sticks were decent.Bad, lack if sauce on the Pizza's, 1 marinara for 3 orders of bread sticks, wing bites (to much breading) needed double the sauce they were covered with. Finally, employees were not health conscious, didn't have much time for us.
Poor customer, no eye contact, can't be bothered to acknowledge me as a customer. No discounts offered, tried 6 different coupon codes, all said the same thing "this store doesn't accept coupon codes." I understand it's a franchise, but you are a national chain. Overpriced compared to all the other pizza places in town. For me not worth the hassle of driving over to S Washington to pick up an order since they don't deliver outside GF. Might be a very long time before I try it again.
I love Pizza Hut I’m here from Houston and I called to let them know my order was wrong they act like they were so frustrated behind their own personal mistake. A guy answered the phone and told him my order was wrong he stated okayyyyy I’m going to let you talk to someone else handed the phone over to a lady and you could hear her irritation before she completely got on the phone.She offered to remake the pizza tonight I told her I wasn’t coming back out tonight she stated the pizza was on them and rushed off the phone…poor customer service poor reasoning she didn’t care at all or really tried to help her customer feel taken care of I will be filing a complaint cause that was just POORLY handled I see why they can’t keep deliver drivers. I’m disgusted with this service I received and I’ll never order from here again Dominoes it is until I’m back in Houston ❗️
Best food and pizaa ever in my opinion the lady there and rest of staff are super friendly and helpful i wish if they were more staffed
We wanted to try the spicy pepperoni pizza. We were sad there wasn't inside seating
so my store (huhot) unfortunately closed after Christmas and I was looking for work in my area being it's winter and I walk most places. having experience at a pizza hut in Nebraska I applied and got an interview only to walk in negative weather to be told by a supervisor that the manager wanted to reschedule. the manager had my number and I had theirs as well but to be told to show up at the same time the next day when the could've called me to reschedule shows very poor management and I wouldn't work for someone as such. I love my pizza hut but I won't be ordering or working for that store any time soon.
My order was completely wrong but I understand they were busy. Happy New year to you guys.
The location was out of large deep dish but sent out 2 medium deep dish instead. Awesome customer service all around, very friendly driver.
Maybe you can make some grill packs, like hamburger and steaks, Fresh bread and corn on the cob. Could create a really nice salads
Delicious food. Arrived hot. It was a busy night here in town I know, and driver still got it to me hot.
