Ordered at 6:00 for delivery at 7:30. Now its 9:30 & no pizza. I was told I gave the wrong phone number and it was a secure building... true. My bad. But the door was wasn't locked the whole time. Its still not locked right now. I'm pretty sure the driver never even left the car or I would be eating pizza right now. $30 and 3 1/2 hours later and still hungry.
Hidden gem! Great variety of pizzas, totally different from the chains. The dirty bird sauce is awesome. Weekend specials would be nice.
Ordered online and then canceled immediately after due to the wait time being so different from the online quote. They then showed up with my food anyway confused, I refused it, found out they still charged my card. I tried calling off and on for weeks, they never answer the phone. Didn't respond to my email. It's been a couple of months, they still won't respond. STAY AWAY!

I always get the Dirty Bird and it never disappoints and always get great customer service.The CRUST is phenomenal!
Went there this evening for the first time and let’s just say I will not ever order subs from there again. Saw some raves so I thought we would try it. Bummed
*meh*We really like to support local so called to place an order for pick-up and the individual who answered wasn’t knowledgeable on the specials/coupons put out and when they went to ask another worker a question regarding my order, there was no being put on hold and I could hear the other conversations and workers cursing in the background. The pizza had hardly any toppings (and I ordered a CHEESE pizza) and was mainly tomato sauce and what one could only assume was Italian seasoning. The breadsticks were hard as a rock and loaded with garlic powder that looked (and tasted) as though it had been burnt while cooking. We will stick to our other preferred local pizza place.
Pizza was pretty good and there were many different, unique menu choices. I got the macaroni and cheese pizza.
Got the incorrect pizza delivered, called and explained my issue, got one word answers and hung up on. The only reason I give more stars is cause they usually make good pizza. Just think it should come with a little better customer service.Edit: Brought the new pizza in a size up. Driver was much more pleasant to talk to.
