Someone from the restaurant commented on my one star and asked for more details as to why. I find that interesting because we had the manager come to our table to try to make it better and he didn't. He told us regarding the quality of our meal that he actually plated the meal and that's the way it is. He then brushed us off, gave us the bill and left. That is the worst experience I have ever been thru. I would tell anyone to go to the Fargo location only. In fact, I pressed one star only because I had to select one.So the follow up reply from the restaurant was as follows :"We have all the details we need regarding your meal yesterday. Thank you and have a good weekend."Note their offer the first time in their reply:"how can they make it better"What would any customer take away from that reply? That they do not care. So why eat at a place that they don't care about you the paying customer.

I ordered a chimichanga and the waitress never asked me what kind of meat I wanted in it so I got some sort of ground beef. The beef was dry and gritty feeling and really didn't taste very good. My daughter ordered some sort of seafood taco that was supposed to have lobster in it. All we were able to find were a few things that looked and tasted like imitation crab and a couple of pieces of shrimp. My Daughter didn't eat most of her's. She said it didn't taste very good. It's been several years since I've been to this place as they had terrible customer service last time I was there. Maybe I'll give it a few more years and try again but I doubt it.

The ambiance is relaxing and chill. Add a Margarita (or 3), some steak or grilled chicken fajita’s and any queso (add steak) and it turns out to be a nice little evening! The manager, Kelly, is a champ and is always going above and beyond making sure you have everything you need……and you’re not just “content” with your meal!!! A+Note:You’ll definitely get too full off of the chips and salsa if you don’t pace yourself!Seriously.

Lots of menu options, huge portions & very tasty! Can't complain. Would definitely recommend if you're craving Mexican food.FYI, being from Canada... if you order a buritto to go & take it home then refridgerate. Heat it the next day in the oven at 400° for about 9mins... tastes just as f'n awesome! Not sure about other menu items, but its always nice to bring something back to savor the taste as we don't have a Paradiso locally.

Very dirty place. The floors were covered with previous customer spills and the floor felt sticky. The people at the table behind us had spilled some sodas on the floor and after they left the bussers cleaned the table but did nothing about the floor. They then seated another couple who had to walk through the puddle. My Margarita glass was sticky around the stem and my wife’s wine tasted like residual soap scum in the glass.Food was okay and no complaints about the service. Just worried about the lack of concern about cleanliness. Will not go back.

I haven't eaten at this restaurant in over 6 months and my how things have changed. I was very disappointed in the quality of the food that we received we ordered the ultimate quesadilla and it usually has a very nice chicken bacon flavor absolutely no bacon flavored in fact it was very Bland and even more distressing was the fact that the salsa was like tomato soup it was so runny there was no consistency to it all, in all we are very disappointed I have to say that in the past we've really enjoyed the food here but in six months things have changed dramatically for the worse I guess

Honestly, I'm not sure what the hype is about. You get a free dinner for your birthday, which is nice because I really wouldn't want to pay for it. Not sure where Paradiso's idea of what Mexican food is comes from, but adjusting it to the average midwest tastebud is a bad idea.

We were on our way to Shen Yun and were hoping to get in and out within 45 minutes. We were seated immediately and I swear the server was hiding our drinks in her pocket and just happened to guess correctly what we would want. The food came out just as quickly, was well prepared and done exactly as asked for. Of course you can't go wrong with the enchiladas, so it was as always delicious. Definitely a go to when we are in Grand Forks.

The food was excellent and the waitress was very friendly. Payton was an awesome waitress.

Great food and service always
