Plus sides: comfortable seats, fireplace on in the cold weather days, free refills, microwave capable, nice glass storefront. But I was disappointed with my pick 2. I asked for dine in, I got take out, I asked for extra Lettuce, tomato, onion…They forgot, I wasn't asked if I wanted chips or apple for bread w my pick 2 so I had to ask for a bag of chips. The salad pieces were wilted and blackened and unwashed, the soup in the tiny container was 3/4 full in the already minuscule cup, I didn't get any utensils for my soup but just a fork for salad, barely any feta cheese but maybe 10 crumbs for my Greek salad, French onion soup had tiny flakes of gruyere cheese if any, and my table was dirty. I cleaned it myself. Panera is one of my favorite places to eat in the US across the states but this one in Grand Forks was disappointing. I wish they would listen to the orders more carefully whether it’s take out or dine in, wash the veges and throw out the blackened and wilted pieces of lettuce,and fill the cup to the top for soup bc the cup is already tiny. Sad former Fan of Panera. I hope my next visit is better.

While I had to wait 30 minutes for a sandwich, I have to give them five stars because the employees there were all working very hard, apologizing for the delay for each order that went out. It was very busy and I know they are short staffed so instead of complaining of the wait, try to be more patient & empathetic for how hard they are working. Food was very good and worth the wait.

Front counter staff was extremely helpful but everyone else was rude, apathetic and had no sense of urgency. All the beverage machines were empty and when I asked if they’d be refilled, I was told they were short staffed, as if that’s a good excuse for a dirty restaurant and slow service. Call in more staff or schedule better. Food was incorrect but took so long I wasn’t going to ask them to fix it. Don’t eat here.

Food is ok. Customer service and cleanliness 1 star. Ordered a toasted bagel. On site. Bagel sat on counter for 5 min. Had to ask for butter. Butter was frozen in little foil cups. After I dug the frozen butter out and attempted to spread it on the now cold toasted bagel I asked them if they could reheat it for a min. I was pointed toward a grimy microwave where I nuked the once toasted bagel into a warm chewy bagel. Won't be back. This was my 3rd disappointing visit. Other sites performed " just as well".

Things are always good, I just wish this location would reinstate the curbside pickup again....

I Love Panera’s Greek Salad’s and great customer service!!! Savannah is doing a great job as a manager so far and everyone else that works there is always so friendly and helpful! Highly recommend this Panera!!

They have cut back their hours a bit, but the food is still so well made. I was passing thru town on a Blusrty Winter day after driving 300 miles and bringing some pastries home. There were 4 people who couldn't make up their mind what to order at the kiosk & I just wanted a couple of bagels & croissants... The fellow tending to the front area saw my frustration & offered to take my order. 3 minutes I was out of there & everyone's happy at home. They are a bit short-staffed, but not in the bakery.

I am very disappointed. This is the third time Panera has messed up my order. Today they gave me the wrong sandwich and forgot my cookie, both if which I didn't notice until I got home (I should have known better to check the bag before I left considering my prior two experiences, however I also did not recieve a receipt to prove my order was wrong). The other two experiences consisted of them forgetting to put chicken in my chicken salad and forgetting my sandwich in a doordash order. For the Doordash order, I called the restaurant to tell them that they forgot my sandwich and they told me I had to go pick it up at the restaurant and did not reimburse my delivery charge. Additionally, this restaurant is consistently out of ingredients for its menu items.
