We stopped in to the bar for a cocktail after dinner. We had a really friendly bartender Olivia. She recommended the Italian Margarita which she then made for each of us. Very good and very friendly,
Today we went there and were seated immediately. We then waited 35 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge us. The manager finally happened to walk by and realized we hadn't been served. He immediately stepped up to make things right and personally served us the rest of our visit, and comped our meals. They screwed up, which happens sometimes, but they went above and beyond to fix it. I have been to this Olive Garden many times. A few times per year. This is the first time I have experienced an issue. That's more than I can say for many other restaurants.
Food and service was amazing! I ate so much! The place is clean and our waitress was friendly and accommodating. We go to this restaurant every once in a while, probably more if we lived closer. My favorite is always the bread sticks, and all you can eat soup and salad. The atmosphere is amazing and my children love all the decor on the walls. Our Waitress was so accommodating, she handed my young children a mint chocolate before we started eating. They were so hungry and interesting enough it settle them. I would def recommend friends and family to go here for a nice evening outing at The Olive Garden in Grand Forks.
I order the Tour of Italy about twice a month to go. Super fast service and the dinner is consistently great. My Granddaughter who is 2 loves to share. The staff are very friendly and courteous and you can tell they love their job.
Was a great dining experience. We decided to sit in the bar area. Our waitress was polite, quick, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Everything you want in a waitress. We got our drinks very fast. Our food was very quick as well. Highly recommended ?.
My friend and I waited over 30 mins to even be asked for our drinks. After 35 mins of waiting to just be seen we walked away. And went somewhere else. Other people that got seated got seen right away! Pathetic!!! I will never be back! We even asked several waiters to be seen but nothing!
Extra special! It was our first anniversary and they gave us a beautiful happy anniversary written on a platter with tirmasu with a lit candle. Food was elegant tasty and presented well. They even took a Polaroid picture for us. Recommend this place over anyone else in town if you want a special leisurely celebration.
Our family of 8 chose Olive Garden for our parent’s 46 anniversary dinner. Waitress Nicole took great care of us. The food was delicious and the experience excellent!
The waiter was awesome. We got seated our waiter was right there ready to take our drink orders. Food orders it was a great time
Our server Jacquie was amazing. We have never had a better server anywhere! She was great with our kids and even though the kitchen was behind it didn't matter because of her. I couldn't thank her enough for making what was a bad trip to grand forks all better.
