Long wait for a table even though they were not very busy. 15 minutes with many open tables in sight. Staff seemed disinterested. 8 minutes at the table before getting service. Finally got coffee and it's very weak, no flavor. Food arrived and it got way worse from there. Food arrived 20 minutes after ordering. Skillet was very small and the toast was burnt. I ordered a sausage gravy Skillet minus the cheese which I thought would be eggs hash browns bacon and ham covered with sausage gravy which is one of my favorites. What arrived was a very small Skillet with hash browns with a few bits of bacon and ham with some sausage gravy over the top to my surprise no eggs. When I asked the server if this came with eggs I got a very terse you should have ordered the number 16. I will never eat at this place again. If I could give a zero Stars I would
A group of 14 friends met earlier this month, for a meeting and social time. The staff seated us in a quiet back room with more than enough space. We all ordered individually from the menu. Everyone commented on the quality of their meals and were pleased with the prices. We hope to continue this group at the Northside in the future.
Looked up a place for Breakfast in Grand Forks. Had good reviews. Do NOT try eating here. 1 hour in, we've ordered but no refills, very low staff, and every table around us has been waiting like this too. Should have walked out. Still waiting on food. And the silverware is dirty. This was after I asked before we ordered if it would take as long to get food as to be helped the first time...assured no. And it's been twice as long. Avoid like the plague. Never had service this bad
waited for extremely slow host to seat us for 20 minutes. After our initial drinks we ordered breakfast and we saw our waitress once and never again. After over an hour wait we gave up and left. No one around us had their food either. They were busy but not any worse than any other Sunday. The wait was bad enough but our waitress never coming by ONCE is inexcusable. Never again. Went to Dennys.
The food was good. The staff is very friendly.
Great foot and the waitress was great. I will be going back for sure.
Everything is great from any breakfast item to any lunch item or special. Great service, great people.
Gluten Free haters - I asked the first server for what I could have for breakfast that is gluten free - she almost laughed at me and said “I don’t know what that is”. I asked her to check with the kitchen - she never came back. The server who was actually serving our table came and I asked her. She said she didn’t know but I convinced her to check with the kitchen. She came back and said they have nothing Gluten Free. I ordered two medium eggs which were uncooked but okay. I travel lots and eat in many restaurants but have never had this kind of response. This is in some ways shocking as Grand Forks is one of the most gluten friendly places I know. Their grocers like Hugo’s are amazing at Gluten Free.
Enjoyed the layout and the food was good.Needs updated Facebook page. Menu is large, breakfast all day. Server was very pleasant and efficient.Hard to be in the Ralph's shadow.Good exposure to a lot of fans.Signage and more advertising to announce move.
After driving to the address finding an abandoned restaurant with a sign in the window saying that they moved was kind of lame. I would think someone would let someone know on here that they moved. Now onto the review of the restaurant. Food was mediocre and service was mediocre. Yes I understand everyone everywhere is understaffed but that excuse is getting kind of old after seeing six servers. It wasn’t that busy even for the holiday season. Naw I don’t think I’ll come back.
