Food was decent. Service was lousy. The overweight guy at the cash should find another job, one that he might actually like doing. He doesn’t say hello, he just stands there at the register waiting for your order and when he does speak he mumbles inaudibly, took 3 times before I could figure what he was saying. First experience at a Noodles, hopefully other locations have better staff.
*Posting for my bf, since he has no social media* He said this is the 2nd time something was wrong with his food. The first time, about 6 or 7 months ago, he found a long sandy blonde hair in his food. Today, he saw the guy preparing it pick up a handful of feta bare handed and throw it in his food. It sucks because we loved this place, but we won't be returning unless you adopt and enforce sanitary food prep practices.
The restaurant was struggling with their tills staying online for their indoor customers. After being in line for 20 minutes we decided to order online since they didn't bother to attend to any guests standing in line. Our food order was identified as ready. Oops they gave someone else our meal while the other meal sat on the counter for over 30 minutes. They assured us it was warm. The manager cooking was so frustrated that she disengaged. The rest of the staff were standing around watching one gal try to make everything right. It was awful to watch/experience. Yes the food was cold.
Food was good. The service was basic for fast food.
They added to much oregano to my Korean noodles other then that it's really good
Haven't been here in over a year. It is not as good as it used to be. The flavors just aren't blended or as robust
Overall decent experience, ordered the BBQ Mac and Cheese, food was prepped in a decent time. Portion sizes are very generous and flavor is good overall.
I've been to noodles a few times and each time was an adventure. The first time I walked up to the door and the sign said closed at 5, but I got there at 4:45ish PM and the doors were locked. The second time I went in for a lunch and I was waiting in line and I had no problem with it. Then out of nowhere I hear someone freaking out and cussing in the kitchen and towards us the customers. I saw it was a person with a blue shirt different from others so it had to be the manager. All the manager did was yell at the workers and I felt bad for them. The last time I went over I ordered a meal and it was the wrong meal, so I went up and asked for what I ordered. Then the manager looked me in the eye and kept giving me excuses. Bad service and bad food. Overall this place is a 2/10 the workers seem great, but the manager could use some improvements.
My grandkids love this place. I suppose I would too if we ever got to order. Arrived at 11 when they opened, only to be told that they were not taking orders for at least 15 to 20 minutes due to the high volume of phone/online orders. There was only 1 party ahead of us. We finally left at 11:30. At that point neither we nor the party ahead of us had been allowed to order yet. Disappointed grandkids.While I appreciate they need to fill the online orders, they really need to service the in store customers as well.
Good food and service. Fills me up and I eat a lot! I recommend the pesto cavitapi with pork.
