Ordinarily I'd say that no McDonald's is worth more that 3 stars by default, but I'll give this location 4 stars because they had good service for fast-food. I had some time before work and decided to eat there. Got my usual... it was fast, accurate, and place was really clean. It's usually empty for dine in when I visit there but the drive thru is always hustling fast. I think the place has good management... the lady I saw seemed to have eyes on everything and I couldn't expect much more from any McDonald's.
Didn't get sides for 5 happy meals. Got wrong drinks for all 5 HM. Didn't get ketchup I asked for. Ordered a side and got a cup of onions instead. Also no receipt which I needed to split the bill. And it took the guy about 7 minutes to take my order because he talked to himself the whole time and couldn't figure out that I wanted 5 HM all the same. Horrible service!
This location seems to butcher 1 out of every three orders. Yesterday I ordered two Happy Meals along with a burger and fries, but received the happy meals with no apples or drinks and three McChickens. It was a mobile order too, which further confuses me as to how they could’ve messed it up. Perhaps the help shortage caused by their own poor wages has led to the need to hire illiterate folks.The lobby is occasionally open, but there’s never a rhyme or reason as to when that is.It’s such a pain going to this location. I’d prefer the one on 32nd avenue any day of the week over it.
It's honestly still the best fast food. I recommend the app though, you get insanely good deals on there.
I used rewards points for a burger and selected to pick up inside...yet, the lobby wasn't open. Through the drive-thru I'm told my order number is invalid but the moment I drove away I get the "Thanks for stopping by" notification. I'm sorry to seem frustrated but it's fairly obvious that my order was received. I blame myself for trying to be helpful and walk in to pick up my own order. Really unrewarding reward redeemed. ?
First off, I've been going to McDonald's restaurants for over 40 years. And yeah sometimes it's hard because staffing is difficult such places. However, he's McDonald's does a great job anytime I've never had a complaint other than one certain day took longer than 10 minutes to make my mobile order. And usually they would give or offer a free card or percentage. I've noticed that this does not happen at McDonald's any longer and corporate should be called about thatl or gift card...
This is hands down the worst mcdonald's I've ever been to. Literally every time they mess it up. Today instead of extra pickles on the chicken sandwich, I got just 3 pickles. No sauce. This place is the worst, I suggest driving to any location other than this one.
They don’t know there’s own menu I asked for their two Big Mac a 20 peace and two med fries deal which is on their menu I had to spell it out for them and they still charged me for the individually. And it has happened multiple days in a row
Don’t eat here. How are you guys going to let people work with covid as long as they are not showing a fever! Disgusting no wonder numbers are high in this town
There were workers saying some inappropriate stuff into the mike. Very slow when ordering. As well as workers dancing in the window when we were getting our food, giving us double of what we ordered. Food is not cooked all the way.
