Thin crust was not crispy at all it was soggy the chesse sticks were half burnt
We ordered pizza for the family, they were not busy at all. Upon arriving home and opening the boxes both pizzas were clearly burned. I live on the south end of Grand Forks, and the lady claiming to be the manager (Malinda) said I would have to drive all the way back for new pizzas and there's nothing else to be done, because it's her bosses Decison. The boss who she claims would not be available until the next day. She has a nasty attitude, and I feel she is completely unfit to be a manager of anything. Complete garbage to serve clearly burnt pizza, and then have a nasty attitude when a customer complains.
Ordered online & went to pick up. Food was good, and still warm when we got home at 30 below ?
Great food hot and delicious as always. I didn't get my soda but everything else was great. I took off to soon to grab it

Very disappointed the manager was yelling and being very rude! The sauce I ordered was cold and she put it back after me giving it to her and service it to someone else she refused to warm up the sauce but again give me a cold sauce again and still refused to make it right and refused to give me my money back i and my family will not be coming back again it’s very sad that they hire someone like this to work in a restaurant with people because she clearly don’t know how to treat customers!!! Me and my family will never return
Nice workers...If order isn't right..quick to get new for you...pleasant people...At its best....good food..good employees...
