Ordered from here about a year ago a had a terrible experience. Decided to try again and quickly learned nothing had changed. Website says delivery is ASAP but what it doesn't tell you is that ASAP means 2 hours. When I finally got my food it smelled like the driver had smoked in the car while making his delivery. Last time I was offered a free meal but this time I would like a refund as I will never order again.

We have ordered from here in the past, once for a delivery and it took over an hour to be delivered. Wasn’t a big deal, as we thought they might’ve been busy. Placed an order for pick up today and it was over an hour before it was ready. Wasn’t busy at all.
They close at 7. Google says 9.
My husband & I both ordered gargantuans. The bread was so hard the meat pushed out with every bite & had to be pushed back in.
Solid sandwich, in and out in under 5 minutes, simple and easy
Food was good. Customer service is okay at best. And if we can't get refills on our drinks we should be told that when we order.
Freaky fast
Do not order here . They are very prejudice, unprofessional and unwelcoming. Check your sandwich before you leave they will lie to your face about putting something you requested on your sandwich just to get home and its not there. Will never support this location ever again.
I love this place, every time I’m in Grand Forks I definitely stop in to this location for either a tuna or turkey Tom. Jimmy John’s is far better than any other sandwich shop out there, quality and price hands-down. There’s just something about their French bread
