My order was all wrong. Didn’t add half of the ingredients I asked for. Won’t be going back.

Display a sign when you’re actually closed. Full drive thru at noon on a Thursday with no indication you’re closed.

This is who I call when I want a fast delivery and they never disappoint, even though my place can be difficult to find. The staff is always polite and friendly and the food is top notch!Thank you guys for the many sandwiches!

Food is as expected of a Jimmy John's. Good, but not anything exceptional. Good enough price/food ratio, recommend it enough to give it a 4 star review.

Ordered at 8:13pm. 3 sandwiches.... 40$ order (including the delivery tip) My food went out for delivery around 8:30.At 9:13 I called the store to ask where my food was, and the phone was not answered. I called back at 9:15 and finally, someone answered.When I asked, where my food was, the person who identified themselves as a "manager" said they "didn't know" where my food was, and they "didnt know" where my driver was. They said that "the driver is a very slow driver" but, that he was on the way.Mind you, I live less than 10 minutes from the store location, this driver has now had my food for roughly 45 minutes. When I asked for a refund, or especially a refund of the TIP that I had given this driver, the manager said that they don't know how to do that and that since I placed my order online, I would have to "call someone or something" to get that taken care of. And that he had no idea how their website works.My food FINALLLYYYY arrived an hour and fifteen minutes after it was out for delivery.HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. WILL NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER be a customer again. Manager and driver should be fired. These sorts of people have no business in the food or customer service industry.For reference - This was the South Washington location. Don't waste your money.

Food is still good but freaky fast apparently isn't a thing anymore. I used to be able to order food at the start of my lunch hour and would have it in 20 minutes. After a long time of not ordering we ordered over this past weekend and tried again today. Both took almost an hour to arrive (today's order was 2 sandwiches and 2 chips)

Smells are free is quite accurate! I placed my order quickly and easily on the app (to earn points). When at the speaker I told them my name and I had a takeout order. When I pulled up to the pickup window and received my fresh smell the craving was even more so. Since I had ordered and payed on the app, I was given my order by a friendly worker and off I went. "Freaky Fresh, Freaky Fast" is absolutely correct whether delivered or app pickup.

What a joke... How hard is it to make a sandwich.. I ordered 2 sandwiches.... I had to go through the drive thru line 3 times because they were wrong each time. 1 of which wasn't even our order. Then when I tell the employee that it's wrong he rolls his eyes and asks of I'm sure they're wrong. YES! I KNOW WHAT I ORDERED AND THIS ISN'T IT!No apologies or sorry for the inconveniences. Just rude behavior.

Hours listed on website or here are not correct. Large sign in windows say open with no staff to be found a 7pm on a saturday 5/22/21 no hours or change of operation posted.

It was OK, not too thrilled about it
